I have received in excess of 12 calls today alone from the cell phone number indicated above. No one is on the line when I answered the call the first couple of times.

I have received 3 calls from this number today. I told them to remove me from their call list. The caller ID'ed himself as "David" each time. He had a thick Indian accent. They are hocking gift/gas cards. Seems like a scam.

I just recveived a call from that number.  I recalled the number as I wanted to talk to a supervisor.
there is a recording stating that it is telemarketing.  The person was a male and a heavy accent, I think you are right as to say he was Indian.  He was very rude told me to shut up.  They want your credit card information, He was tricky as to say he already has the number and it started with a 4.  All visa cards start with a 4.  I tld him since he has the number and he wants to verify it he should read it back to me, he didn't like that and told me to shut up.  I asked to speak to his supervisor and he told me to shut up again and hung up.  BE CAREFUL I THINK THIS IS A SCAM.  He also wants you to pay $2.98 for S&H when you get coupons and a $100 Walmart gift card.

815-687-8101 are a bunch of bull [***] jack azzes.  Don't answer their calls ever.

This number has been persistently calling my phone for the last two days. I asked to be removed from their list and I've still been receiving their calls. It seems like they are a scam, and other reports confirm that they've been asking for peoples credit card numbers.

I put some god-awful music on my cell phone so that these azz hole telemarketers have to sit and listen to it and took my voice greeting off and left it blank as if the call dropped off just for these telemarketers.  Didn't answer the phone - glad I read these comments - thanks

If you google Trace Indian Mobile phones this number - 815-687-8101 - comes up as a number in India.  A google search also shows that it is an Illinois number.  Don't answer your telephone for any number that you don't recognize.

I have also just received a phone call from this phone number and was told the same thing as you, but the difference is he said his name is Ronald Fernande and he would want to have my card number as well like you. I think it is actually a fraud!

When you push 1 you have the option to be removed from their list-yeah right and the man called me back after I said quit calling me.  What in God's Name?

These dumb a##es think "don't call me" means call me all the time! You need a loud whistle or air horn for his ears when he calls again!!

Joliet Illinois Police Department Number is 815-724-3201 -- Call the Joliet Illinois Police Department and report East Indian calling and asking for credit card numbers and repeated telephone calls.

This [***] continues to call me they tell me I have won 100 dollars and I tell them not to call no more! They do not listen I scream at them and they continue to call I have told them to F off and they still continue to call!! This needs to stop! There interrupting my rest!

This number keeps calling and harrasing me and I have told them many times to stop calling and they refuse to.  I keep hanging up on them and its to the point that i dont even answer.

Each day I am getting numerous calls from this number. How to make them stop!!!!!

Go to your service provider and ask them to block 815-687-8101 for you.  You also may have the capability with your service provider to go on-line into your personal service account and block the number yourself.

File an electronic message to the FBI of your state.  Let them know that east indians are calling asking for your credit card number.

Do not give credit card information to anyone - do not answer the telephone to this number - 815-687-8101.
