Called but left no message....I'm guessing it's insurance....

I just got a call no message - probably the insurance people just changing their number - I have saved all of them....just so I know

I picked up the cell, said hello, heard a click and then nothing for about 15 seconds.

left a message- young woman's voice ... all happy..."hello, how are you today"?... then hang up

This number has called three times since yesterday. There was no message the first two times. Since this is a local area code, I answered the third time and they hung up as soon as I said hello.

This number is calling a couple of times a day. Never leaves a message. I don't pick up.

These people are relentless, I keep getting calls every few minutes and they don't leave a message.

If you call the back, it goes to a recording.  It states that you can put your name on a DO  NOT CALL LIST by pressing 1.  Let's see if it works!

the woman's "supposed" name is Samantha West and she calling about an online request for insurance she calls from various numbers..713-955-5584 and 815-687-8483 I have told her several times to STOP but she doesn't.  She thinks this is amusing.

Please investigate and stop this abuse

It doesn't! Soon they will be calling you from a different number. They have been calling me from different numbers for over a month. I pick up and a recording says hello how are you and i say fine and she says hello are you there? and hangs up. SAME THING EVERY TIME! It is so annoying and I hit one to be removed and they call from a different number.

I have gotten calls from this # about 3 times a day for over a week now. They never leave a message. I just called the number back and an automated message came on stating " ...if you received this call on accient and want to be placed on our do not call list, press 1". I pressed 1 and the phone hung up. Hopefully that fixed the problem.

Be careful when pressing 1. Pressing 1 during some of these calls means that you agree to the contract or sale. If you back out they may try to damage your credit rating. Make sure you know what you are pressing 1 for.

This is Robo Insurance scam.

Just got a  call from this number & really hate this stuff. I do  not use my minutes to answer a call that i don't know the number!!!

I dont answer calls from area codes I dont recognize, number of calls are declining.  Wish there was a way to stop them without changing my number.  

Get these several times a day....they say it's for dental insurance. I have told them over and over I have dentures.....yet they keep calling and the do not call list is bogus. This has been going on for months now, totally frustrating especially when I never asked for ins quotes:(

I just noticed a missed call on my phone with this number.  Looked up the number and got this website.  I'm on the Do Not Call list at donotcall.gov.  I think I know why they are hanging up...because they have nothing better else to do and the do not call registry and maintenance is shut down due to the gov shutdown.  I made it a habit not to answer calls that I don't recognize especially an area code out of my call range.  I told my friends and family also, if you want me to call back, leave a message.  My mother is the only one I call back if there's no message.

The person's calling and hanging up are more than likely teens who like to pull pranks and adults with the attitude of a teen or children who are bored.  They're probably reading blogs and posts like this one and laughing their heads off.

I just got a call from these guys. I am in the federal do not call list, although does not seem to work too often. What I do, is block the number in my phone. All Android and Nokia devices allow you have a "black list" and they block those numbers' calls and text messages.
Old phones can download a free app that does this same thing.

No message left.  Soooo annoying.
