Calls without leaving a message.

They are a collection's agency that leaves robotic messages.

The robo-voice always asks for my (deceased) hubby. No company information, nor way to get to a live person!
Another site shows this is a land line from Kankakee IL.

They are calling on a Sunday morning - in violation of the Illinois Debt Collection Act.  I'm reporting them tomorrow to the phone company and the Illinois Attorney General, and also the IDFPR - who is likely the licensing agency for that type of business.  Also reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and the county in which they are licensed to do business.  If they think their business is harassment, they've just met the wrong "victim".

This is a robo call from Creditor's Collection Bureau. They handle medical billing. The call back number is 815-928-5385. The fax number is 815-933-2211.
