Called saying my loan was approved when I never applied for a loan

Called for my mother I told them she did not apply for a loan they said my father must have and I said "no my parents barely go online and sure don't arrange for loans online" the man says " here is how you fix the problem kill your mother" wtf??? Likely he will die before she does talking to people that way

They call but never leave a message
