Also received a call from this number.  Seemed suspicious.

Called our office today in Kansas City, MO.  This group/business has called several times before under the following numbers:
816-232-8107 "COM"
816-232-8110 "COM"
816-232-8117 "COM SUPPORT"

Each time this older-sounding guy calls, he never wants to leave a message for this person he is looking for, so I figure it's not too important or legit...I will be hanging up on them from now on.

We also get calls from this company.  We have four lines and they will call all four in rapid succession.  Never will leave messages.  Very rude when you ask them to stop calling.  Other reports indicate this is the fraternal order of police but if that is the case I have never encountered a more rude or unprofessional organization.  Any one know of any way to stop this type of telephone harassment on business lines as they are calling multiple times throughout the day

Just got a call from this number. ID reads "FOP" whatever that is.

It seems to be a huge scam.

My husband unknowingly donated to these idiots once and now they call weekly to harrass us for more money.  They all claim to have the last name Smith and they are rude and obnoxious.  Don't even bother with these people.

Claimed they were Fraternal order of Police for a donation for "shop with a Cop"  in the Kansas City area

a man called from this number816 232 8116, on the caller i d said fire fighers then when isaid hello he said he police department,and then he hung up,try to call back and the phone is busy.

Tell them to cist and decease all calls , try to get their name and call back number, note the dates and times. I have a lawsuit going against a litigation company right now and they are wanting to settle with $500.00, my attorney counteracted with $3000.00. The litigaation company will have to pay for my attorney. You have to put your foot down sometimes and show these people they do have to comply with your request. Make sure you can proof they are calling, I had picture proof on television caller ID. This company called three times within 15 minutes in one day. I told them not to call back and I was told "I'll call you tomorrow". That is really what broke the camels back right there as I was a collector at one time. I know if you talk to someone or leave a message on an answer machine, you can not call back for 24 hours. So I have them by the neck and the tie is getting tighter and tighter . They are cooking themselves up a nasty reputation with the BBB.
