Called back this number and person anwers "Hello Good morning, Internal Revenue Service" *thick Indian accent*.  I respond "This is not the IRS, you need to stop!" He replies "I love you, I love you so much"

Got same msg as Michelle above ^ (Mo USA) yesterday, Today got same msg with phone no 1 (213) 336-3225 (Los Angeles Area)

Same recording... bogus IRS trying to scare you into sending money.

Got a call from this number, a 100% robo woman said(message left on my voicemail) "Officer Heather Grey from Internal Revenue Service and the hotline to my division is 816 dash 253 dash 60,361. I repeat it's 816253636. Don't disregard this message and do return the call before we take any action against you. Goodbye and take care." Sick of these bogus idiots, and the harassment. Next president should make the law allowing these fools to call cellphones disappear.

Got same message as Anna...... Fake IRS call everyone knows IRS takes action first then contacts you via US MAIL... I just blocked this # will see what happens?

Got the same bogus call twice today from the IRS this time the Indian guy said "haha you think it's a scam hahaha" and hung up.

Robotic Voice from the "IRS" stating that I or my attorney need to call 816-253-6036. Obviously a scam. After reporting it to the IRS at https://www.treasury.gov/tigta/contact_report_scam.shtml, I called them back. They answer the phone "Internal Revenue Service". Funny, when I told them they were not the IRS, they hung up. After calling back 3 or 4 more times, it seems they have blocked my number. What a shame, because I would love to talk to them at great length because the longer they talk to a retired police officer, the less calls that can make to others trying to scam them!

It's not just cell phones. These same scammers are calling my land line; twice yesterday ( I didn't answer) and the vmail they left was the same robo voice reported by others: "blah blah do return the call before we take any action against you..."
