Keep getting calls from 816-277-0500. I have an unlisted number and they
never leave messages. Don't recognize it; does anyone know?

Address for 816-277-0500 is 324 E. 11th st. KC. MO. Many businesses in this building but don't know which one.

Rude bill collector is what it is.  Told me I needed to stop paying for my cell phone and start paying my bills.  (First of all this is a bill I did not know about from a doctor.  second of all I have told them they will get their money when I get my tax refund.) This idiot does not even know that I have a cell phone.  She did know (cuz I told her!)that I am still paying for my FIL's funeral and medical expenses from the last month of his life with cancer.  Just don't answer when they call, unless you want to be harrassed.

I had moved from the Northland to Waldo and left no forward address for my pediatrician. It is a bill collection agency and no, they were not rude. They just asked when I would be able to take care of the bill that I had with the pediatrician.

They keep calling on my twelve year olds cell phone asking for a Justin.  I keep telling them that they have the wrong number and we do not know a Justin.  I am getting really fed up with these IDIOTS!!!!!

I did not put with their crap for a minute. They left me one message, and did not say what company they were calling for, who they were trying to reach, or the purpose of their call, ALL violations of the law. I reported them immediately to the FTC. Report them to the FCC too. DON'T put up with it, folks.

First call today on my business cell phone.  No message or information of any kind.  Looks like I will not need to answer if they call back.

I got a call from this # today. All it said is "Hi this message is for <my name> my name is Ella Woods. Please give me a call back. My number is 816-277-0503." So i call back and it rings for a sec then goes to a busy signal. Is this company legit? If so why do they not have a ivr to greet customers and inform them of the business name, we are currently closed, our hours are ...etc.
