I get calls ALL day from this number. no message and no one talks when you pick up

They ask for you but when the phone is given to you they have already hung up.

One short tone, then kids digital music...15 seconds, still on hold, hung up !

This number meeps calling and doesn't answer when you pick up . They don 't leave a msg either. ! Jow can I block that number ?

The person I talked to told me they're a collection group .    They will not work with you if you want to make monthly payments and all payments have to be made over the phone.

I got a call a couple months back, when I told them I could not pay they said that they where sending the police to my house to arrest me. Now they call back telling me they are sending me to court.. The threatening calls. The supervisor is the one that said he would send me to jail over this. Very unprofessional. DEBT COLLECTORS said they are a law firm but its for debit collections

I didn't pick it up and they don't leave messages.  If you can't leave a message then you can go to hell

Said they were World Recovery Service and Windsor Law PC and United Credit Recovery.  Said they have offices in Florida and Kansas and they collect for all of the major banks.  I told them that I don't owe anybody and they should quit calling.  These people use to call from 877 365 0025 and I told them a long time ago that I did now anybody.

This company called from 816-410-0835 saying it was for a debt that is owed to Dalothian Capital that is also called United Credit Recovery and American Debt Sales.  This company has called as Windsor Law, VHC law, World Recovery Service, Regent Asset Management Solutions and Imperial Recovery Partners.  I don't owe any debts and they know that so they just keep changing their name.

I did some internet searching and the attorney that owns the collection agency Windsor Law, PC is David R. Smith and he can be contacted at 816 753-9393 if they keep calling.  I also found a bunch of internet posts about the company United Credit Recovery using fake affidavits to get people to pay money the did not owe.  That must be why they changed their name to Dalothian Capital.  It looks like World Recovery Service was in trouble also, they both have a rating of F with the BBB and World Recovery Service has like 80 complaints.  If they send you documents that you think are fake, you should definitely ask to see the original to make sure it is not a scam.  I found a bunch of posting about United Credit Recovery doing illegal things and changing their name.  BE CAREFUL!

Called me on 11/04/2013 at a few minutes to 2 PM while I was sleeping and didn't leave a message.  Called back in the evening and I heard elevator music, no one answered.  I was called again on 11/05/2013 at 9:56 AM, I had just missed the call by 7 minutes, this time there was a voice message.  Sounds like they're looking for a Melissa Sarah or Terrance.  Here's the script of the voice message that was left:

Female voice: This is for Melissa Sarah (sounds like it could also be Terrance)

Male Voice: This call is being made by Windsor Law PC, a debt collection firm.  This is not a sales or solicitation call, this is an attempt to collect a debt.  Any information collected will be used for that purpose.  Please return this call to 877-531-6993 between 8 am & 7:30 pm.  If you do not know the intended recipient of this message, please call us at 877-531-6993 to have your number removed from this (inaudidble, sounds like rig or list)

They're scamming you then. Just because they say they're a law firm doesn't mean they are. Thanks for posting I got a call too but no message left.

Called me on 11/08 at 5:49 PM and left another message.  This time the message started out with elevator music, then got the same automated message as the last time about looking for a Melissa, I think they said last name was Savage, but I couldn't quite understand what was said.

1-866-929-5306 keeps calling but not leaving any message at all.

This number calls me 4-6 times a day. I try calling back to see who it is, but all that plays on the other end is cheesy elevator type music, no one answers, and they do not have a greeting stating what company they are. I think whoever this is, is trying to scam people.

WINDSOR LAW - 816 410 0835 calls here for someone else.  I tell them I am not the person they are looking for and to stop calling here but they insist.  The is very disturbing.  I had t give up my answering machine because they left messages saying they are trying to collect a debt.  Anyone who hears this message thinks I defaulted on a debt.  Which I did not.  How do I get rid of them?   .  They would not tell me what it is about because it's for someone else.  Then they start grilling me to find the person they are looking for.  Well if they call me they better be ready to get blasted.  But that doesn't stop them The lady threatened me that what I say is being recorded so watch what I say.  Seems they can ruin my name but I can't tell them what I think of them.  

Demand a legitimate, physical mailing address in which to dispute the debt (VIA certified mail, with return receipt requested). If they refuse, let them know you will be seeking legal counsel who will get it for you.
