- Laura. These people keep calling, even two years after we obtained this number. It's always the same lady asking for the same guy who does not live here (and up until now we've very politely explained that they do not have this number anymore).
This harassment WILL stop now, I WILL be reporting them to the proper authorities for harassment.- Caller: CitciCorp
- Call type: Debt collector
- Laura| 5 repliesAfter they last called me on the 22nd I called them back, spoke with Mika (I think that's the name she gave) and informed her that the guy they're looking for does not live here anymore and threatened to contact anyone with higher authority over them including the Attorney Generals of both my state and theirs if the calls do not stop. I was informed very kindly that the number had been removed from the account and that it would take 24-48 hours for them to stop calling. Well, today's call had better been their last. Other than the Attorney Generals and the Better Business Bureau, does anyone know who I can contact about their constant harassment?
- Caller: CitiCorp
- Call type: Debt collector
- Christopher AndrewsCaller calls 7 to 8 times daily and hangs up right before you can leave a message. It has become really quite some nuisance. I got this number not long ago and don't even think that the company has the right phone number. I'm not (nor ever was) a Citicorp customer.
- Caller: CITIBANK
- Call type: Debt collector
- danieltoday they've called like 5x to my cell phone, looking for someone that i don't know... i just don't answer anymore.
- Call type: Unwanted
- annoyedthis number has called me 4-5 times today. the first time i answered, some man said hello, i replied with, "yes, hello" and he hung up. once i answered and a recording started telling me to wait for the next available operator, and then it hung up. the last two calls were from women claiming to be from citicards, asking if i am going to pay off the overbalance on my card. funny, i've canceled that card 3 days ago because of over $2000 worth of unauthorized charges on my credit card. i asked them what the credit card number is, they told me the last 4 digits - which were not the last digits of my card number. these people are committing fraud.
- Caller: Claiming to be CitiCard
- Call type: Valid
- angryThese guys are frauds. They called me at 8:30am in the morning which is very unprofessional, woke me up, and tried to catch me off guard. Since I was half asleep I missed the call. They called me again in the evening around 8pm, so I called back. They (a female) answered by saying they're CitiCards, and directly asked me for my account number. I was confused and just told them I am returning their call, to which she replied, "What number did we call you at?" I didn't want to tell them, and just said, "What's the problem with my account," and they said they cannot tell me unless I provide them with my account number. SCAMMERS!
- AnonymThese people have called me 4-5 times a day, at my business phone #, which I have not picked up a call once yet. However this is very annoying. They never leave a voice message, just call, let it ring till the voice mailbox picks up, then they hang up. I do have a citicard that I use, but don't believe i've given this phone # out on any applications. Who the phuk are these people and what the phuk are they really after?
- Caller: Unknown
- patticalls and says to hold for the next available agent
