calls repeatedly.  constant harrassment about a non-existing credit card and debt.  have asked to be removed from calling list.  no luck.

Have been a loyal customer of CitiCorp for 30.0 years.  Thanks for 28 years of professional service.

Without my permission, CitiCorp accessed my checking account during a crisis (after I already paid them $10+ grand and paid them ahead).  CitiCorp told me they could and would do anything they wanted.  (On their comments are on tape.) "Holy mackerel"... They then upped credit card interest to 29+%:  And stated that I could handle it: "Someone has to pay for the delinquent people."  They promised to lower % rate three (maybe four times).  Nothing.  So, Citibank ($21+grand) and CitiFinancial ($12+ grand), were additionally paid off!  Yet they are harassing us night and day.  

Strongly believe that CitiCorp customers should band together and create a class-action suit like what was done to Bank of America about a decade ago, when BA pulled similar "stuff"...

Citicorp calls the house from this number several times, at least a half dozen times, every day.  They have done so for over a month now.  About two thirds of the time there is nobody on the phone if I answer.  The rest of the time they want to speak to someone who is not here, and will not speak to me as they claim is is "personal business" of someone else.  They refuse to stop calling, calling "they can't".

I will never deal with this company or any of its affiliates over this, and hope nobody else does either.  Companies that harass innocent people should be put out of business.

I like that ida alot!  I paid all but $4.00 and they harassed me day and night to pay them their money.  They must be going broke!

They just called someone who retired on a phone number that was never issued in their name where I work.

I called 866-680-6828 back and they said they were CitiCards.

They wanted any one of my credit card numbers.

Luckily my wife said we do not have any Citicard accounts.
Sounds like they want to deplete some credit card account.

They call all hours. Call even when they claim they are closed. No cards with them. Asked them to stop calling.

I get calls from this number several times a day. When I pick up there is no one on the other side of the line. Yesterday I wasn't home and my caller ID said, they called 10 times and never left a message.

Three to four times a day to my cell phone. Been going on two weeks

received a call at 8 am in the morning on a weekend. I told them I know my payments are never late. there should be no reason to call my house if there is no problem with my account and in La. once told not to call there is a harassment law that covers them making calls over and over. Was told they didn't care about the law ans would call when they felt like it. Shows the number coming out of Kansas City, MO.

Received multiple calls from this number.  I finally picked up and they said they were from Citibank.  The wanted the credit card number and the last 4 of my social..told them I was going to report them to the feds.

These people call a couple times a day.  When I answered they said they were from "CitiClient".  I told them they had the wrong number.

Citi corp/ sears credit card. If your ONE day late on your payment they harrass you from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
They are horrible.

Someone must of gave them your number, they are a credit card company citi group also for Sears cards.
They will call day and night, unless you contact them directly and tell them they have the wrong number. Good luck with that.

If you are a day late on your credit card bill from citi or sears they will begin to call the very next morning 8 a.m. and will continue to call every hour or two till you make that payment! they are horrible

They called me and asked me about my SSN, date of birth and password.
BEWARE, it's a scam!
I called # on the back of my citi card - they DO NOT have a call-canter in Missouri.
