caller ID said PDM, what is that?
I didn't answer.Have they called anyone else?

These Person(s) Continually Harrass Me. They ask for a Shaun Walton And It is really really starting to piss me off. Please may someone tell me whos phone number is 1-816-423-5796!

They called my cell phone...I didnt even get to answer called back and let it ring for a while. Funny I dont know any shawn walton. I will be calling back !!!

It is an attonery's office. They are calling about a claim that has been filed and they are taking that person to court. If you call and say they don't live there they will stop calling.

IF some sort of Legal claim was filed against you,
your local Sheriff or proper authorities would serve you
the papers,most likely at your front door.

People with Legal,valid filing claims will not call you
on the phone to tell you about it.
If they can file against you in court, then Why keep calling
on the phone anyway?
They call on the phone Because its All they can do.Nothing more.
Anyone who calls on the phone saying a claim has been filed
is a SCAM to try and scare you into sending them money.
Don't fall for it. They can't do anything.
If they could, they would, and not keep calling.

Suppose a Sheriff does serve you with claim papers,
you would have time to answer back, to deny,
to get a lawyer, to file harassment Suit right back on them.
They would have to have all proof of everything to win,
which is highly unlikely. If they did win and get judgement,
they still have to take you back to court a second time
to try and collect. Which would be more time and hassle.
Then if they do manage to garnish your wages,
you can quit your job and work somewhere else.
By the time they finally find out (if ever) where your
new job is, and try to collect, you can quit that job too.
and get another one somewhere else.
Or you can move to Florida where garnish of wages
are not allowed, on and on.Most won't take the time to go through
all the hassle.If you don't want to pay, there is nothing they
can do about it. Not really.

pass the statue of limitations, which means
they cannot take you to court. they cannot do anything,
just call and tell lies. Nothing else.

They called me at work but won't tell me what the debt has to do with.  I have asked them not to call here again but they keep calling.

I got a message on my voice mail saying that he got my message and was sorry he didn't get back to me sooner.  He said that he had a few more questions before he could "get this approved" like I had applied for a loan or something.  Since I haven't applied for anything, I assumed it was a scam.  I'm glad I didn't answer.

I got a call from them today.  They did mention a debt I had prior, but I have paid it off and told them that.  When I picked up the phone, I heard loud music.  I told them that I had heard them nothing from the prior debtor.  The person told me that they don't have to send me anything.  He sounded very suspect.  He urged me to "settle the issue" or they would garnish my wages.  I told him that I owed nothing and I honestly didn't believe.  He got upset, said they would take me to court, and hung up.  Beware!

We keep getting numerous calls and they are very rude!  They will not say what they are calling for and hang up. When I tried calling back, no one answers.

THIS PERSON CALLED ME FEW MINUTES AGO AND TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO PAY A LOAN THAT I NEVER CASH. mS. Nickey Neguari stated that because i do not want to pay back the loan she will call my supervisor to verify my information and take me to court. when i asked her the Address of the company, the Human Resources department number they stated they does not have one. the are really rude!!!! Beware!!!!!!!!!!

This person called my old place of employment and said that they needed to discuss a financial aid application. When told I no longer work there they called my cell and left a message that a claim had been filed on me and that I needed to call them immediately. I have no intentions of calling them back. I have had the same address for a long time and if they want to contact me they can send me a letter.

Tiara called my place of employment saying that it was an important matter that I call them back at 866-504-7548. when you dont leave a name of the company I will not call you back. Do not know who this is but I dont think I am gonna call them back to find out.

called threatening me and yelling at me about a debt at work and then hung up on me so i called back asked to speak to manager and asked for them to send me paperwork on this debt so i could look into weather it was fact or fiction and they said we dont send mail and they would garnish my wages if i dont pay by 5 pm
