This number has appeared on my caller ID 6 times in one minute.  When the answering machine picks up they hang up.  The area code is for Texas.  Anyone know anything about this number??

Just received this call and the party stated that it was Steven.  I could hear call center chatter in the background.  It was a telemarketing call.  They asked who I was and I responded who are you looking for.  Immediately they hung up.  The call is from Fort Worth, Texas.

This is a telemarketing scam that wants your name an number and they will only respond when you pick up.  I picked up and asked who they were looking for and they hung up.  This confirms scam.

I also rcv’d a call from “Steven” at this number...he said is calling seniors for GE security systems....wants to let me know thieves are cutting phone lines  IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD where they enter the house so i need to install a FREE  wireless alarm asap
said he was calling from winter park, fla...when i asked why the call had a texas area code, he hung up

I recieved the same number on my caller I'd at home on my landline. Did you get the call from your landline?  I did not recieve an answer just weird sounds. Have. You found out anymore info mm

Noticed this number on my Caller ID when I got home but no message. Caller ID said "Unavailable" and I surely am. Maybe we need to spend more tax dollars for Do Not Call registrations and expand it to include the millions of nuisance calls from those morons realizing just how ineffective that agency is. FTC is it?

Just received a call from this number on my landline.  When I answered I heard a strange sound but no one answered when I said hello.

Called at 10:30 am.  Something I really don't appreciate on a Saturday (or any morning) after working late at night.  Of course, I won't even answer calls from people I don't know.  Added to block list.

No message left.

Someone (or a robot) named Steven. I hung up on him first.

NEVER answer a phone call (mobile or land line) from a number you do not recognize- if it's important- the CALLER will leave a message. These SCAMMER/SCUMBAGS WILL NEVER LEAVE A MESSAGE    

Got the same call from "Steven." I let him run through his pitch and pass me off to third party, a young lady named "Lisa" who was supposed to explain how the process works. I interrupted and asked if she was with ADT. She said "no" and said she was with an outfit called "Monitronics" of Dallas and gave the name of subcontractor. I told her that I was an ADT customer and am on the Do Not Call list. ADT could call me because I have a business relationship with them but Monitronics could not since we have never done business. I told her I thought they were flouting the DNC list and her reply was "uhh . . . yes" and she hung up.

4/30 15:54 PDT What is this garbage??  Second call from somewhere in TX in the last half hour.  At least this one only rang once, meaning NOMOROBO is working.  My call blocker  shows this is a new caller.  Month-end seems to bring them all out.

I got the same call and a person answered about the GE security systems.  The salesman wouldn't let me speak so I loudly cut him off.  I said I already a security system and asked to be taken off their list.
