Claims to be a "survey" on caller ID, but calling at 6 am in the morning?  Sounds more like a new telemarketing scammer.  At least the proper surveyors have an idea of location, time zone, and time of day.

Got the call on my cell claiming to be about lowering my CC interest rate. Pressed to connect to be removed from their list and the 'gentleman' on the other end started hurling 'F'-bombs at me. Nice.

Did not answer. No message left

Called my cell at 11:30am about lowering my interest rates on a credit card. I pushed one to talk to someone and told him that I was on the do no call registry. He promptly hung up. Sounded foreign.

called my cell phone. number not known so did not answer. no message was left.  have signed up numerous times for the do not call list but continue to get these type of calls.

Called our office number.  As soon as I answered, there was a click then a dial tone.  I called number back and got a message saying if you wanted to be taken off the call list, press 1.  Please allow 48 business hours for it to take effect - what is that crap?

Just called at 12pm and did not answer because I didn't recognize the number. I've signed up for the national DNC list but still getting these sales type of calls! Isn't that illegal???

I was not home to take this call. They left no message. The ID read SURVEY. Since I work for an academic non-partisan polling institute, I was curious. I simply got the same message as others reported giving instructions on how to get on the "Do Not Call" list. BTW, I seriously doubt that they are a SURVEY. True, academic polling is exempt from the "Do Not Call" list. Methinks they are selling or scamming.

I answered the call.  It was "Heather" from card services.  She wanted to lower my interest rate.  It was a recording.

Called and I didn't answer.  No message.  After looking at this site, they're now on my Auto Reject List.

Same situation as Abe. Automated voice said they'd lower my rates. I hit a button and talked to someone with a thick accent. When I mentioned do not call and to take my name off their list he hung up.

VM - left canned message about 'you account is ok but the offer to lower your interest rate will expire shortly.  Press 1 to speak to a live person or press 2 to stop future calls'.  SCAM

Received two calls in a row from this number within 1 min. I have been getting calls from here ever since I applied for an unsecured loan online about 30 days ago. Blocked!

Read the posts here. Decided to call back anyway. Got a recording that said if I wanted to be placed on a do not call list, press 1. I did. Who knows! I blocked the number anyhow!

They called my cell phone at work. Not a good situation. Didn't answer. No message left.
I don't know anyone from Ft. Worth, TX anyway so...BLOCK. I agree, from this site the number looks like a scamming operation. Makes you wonder why organizations like the FBI can't track these preditors down.
