Probably a telemarketer that buys phone numbers from companies that issue credit cards.  I started a CC at Fry's Electronics, and suddenly I've been getting barraged with calls from all over the country (NJ, FL, TX, WA), none of which leave a voicemail.  My advice is don't open a Fry's credit card.  F that place.

I am sick of telamarketers wasting my cell phone min because they want to waste my time.

Thank you--they keep calling for my boyfriend who moved out--it is a firm that handles accounts for jewlery companies.....I still have the ring....he's looking for residence!

Yes, this is a legitimate number for one of the Kay Jewelers customer service lines.  They'll give you a series of gentle reminders, LOL!! :)  Very nice people, and totally willing to work with you.  

This number keeps call and comes up Kevin Dougherty (I do not know).   When answer no one answers you back.

This is the 10th number I have had to block from these ppl calling about my JBR bill the 3rd since 2pm
