They let the phone ring until I answer it, then hang up.  I tried calling the number back and get a message that says unavailable, leave a message, then the mailbox is full and there is an error. I don't know who this is but figured it's probably someone I don't want to talk to.

Lately has been calling everyday around 5pm (central time).  Never leaves a message and when I do pick up the person on the other end hangs up.

I have gotten two calls on my cell phone from this number as well.  Do u know of any way to stop them from calling?

I'm receiving one or two calls per day from this number. When I answer the phone, the person/system on the other end hangs up. When I call 817-288-7399 back, It forces me to a voice mailbox. I was NOT able to zero-out to get an operator, or any other options(just leave a message or the system hangs up on you).

I got a call from this number just now (10/31/07) and 10/30/07 twice.  I'm re-registering my cell phone number on the www.donotcall.gov website.

I'm getting calls every day from this number. Same story -- no one is there when I answer, no one leaves a message, and I'm can't get anyone if I return the call.

Same as all the other people complaining about it.

This number is a telemarketing company doing follow-up calls to Comcast customers who have bailed.

I recently cancelled comcast because I moved and this stupid number has been calling me 3-5 times PER DAY.

I have the same story as everyone else.  I even called Comcast yesterday and told them to stop calling me, but it still has continued today.  It's been 3 times a day for the past 2 weeks.  I've been at work and can never catch them.

Same story, also had been a comcast customer.  recvd 3 calls from them today alone!

I would agree with one post that this # must be COMCAST inquiring on a customer who has bailed.  We did just recently so this makes sense.

This has to be Comcast.  I canceled about a month ago didn't get my last bill for $6 until this week.  The same number 817-288-7399 has been calling me for about a month.  I never pick up because you shouldn't pick up a number you don't know.  If it is important they'll leave a message.

How lame of them $6 and when I did get the Bill the due date hadn't even passed.  What the hell.
