Who are these people. They are threatening me

I just received a call from this number and they stated there would be law enforcement officials picking me up at my place of employment due to a defaulted and fraudulent loan I received from cashnetusa. Umm, never happened!! The guy (with a foreign accent) actually read me Miranda rights!
Im not sure what their motive was because I hung up.

I got a very small one from cash net USA. I actually called them last night after receiving the threatening call. My caller had claimed I had received an $8,000 loan on fraudulent information & had defaulted on the loan.
A lady named Stephanie at cash net USA informed me that this was a current scam and, unfortunately, some people were freaking out at the threats and falling for this.
I can understand why. They told me that someone would be picking me up at my place of employment, which happens to be my daughters school! I freaked a little too!

I guess I should have clarified that my $400 "loan" from cash net USA was paid back in full over a year ago.

Same harrassing phone call.. Said that i had a lawsuit against me and when I started questioning the guy who had a foreign accent he said he would have someone call me back and then hung up. I kept calling them back told them to quit calling my place of business and my personal phone and that I wasnt verifying anything for them until they told me the issue. They wouldnt give me name of law office or the issue at hand, then he told me that he was entering legal action against me and that the cops would be at my residence to pick me up. Told him that I was calling my local police department and reporting the number for harrassment.

Not to mention, this guy (also with a VERY strong accent) tells me to BE QUITE & DON'T INTERUPT) then he reads to me 3 charges that i will be "picked up" on.  Have i ever been arrested for any of these? Yup, I'm gonna answer that one!  NOT! Tried to tell me he was a Paralegal & I had to answer him! When I heard this I told him : Guess I need to retain retain a lawyer. Click! Dead air!  Somebody please stop him im sure there are some folks who are more intimidated by them who would wire them their Social Security Benefits!

Wow. Almost word for word what happened to me. When he was reading off "charges" against me, I tried to interrupt to ask just who was filing these charges, I was told not to interrupt, etc.  
I feel bad for people who fall for this, because they are somewhat convincing & intimidating.

Total con artists. Hang up the phone, better yet, keep calling them back. It seems to really piss them off.

One more call just. The "nice" Lady didn't want to listen to what I had to say about their SCAM.  When I told her I'm aware they are trying scam folks she
says: The Sheriff will be here tomorrow to pick me up. I simply commented: Bring him on.   What else Can a person do?

This number (817) 402-3958 has been calling me twice today and left two messages that I feel like I was being threaten by them.

Said he works for an attorney and that I need to call him back.  He ended it with "If you don't call me back, all I can do is wish you good luck as this situation unfolds on you." LOL!  Scaaaaaaaam

Received a call from this company saying I would be arrested at my work place tomorrow. How can these people be stopped from making threatening phone calls

Same thing.  They wouldn't even tell me who they were.  They just said unless they hear from me or my attorney all that they could say was good luck with what was about to unfold in my life.  I called them back and the line was bad, he said they would call back tomorrow GOOD BUY! and hung up.  REDICULOUS and maddening.  Again a very strong accent.  Guys name was Tijaun Walker.  

well im glad i looked up the number when i heard my voice mail.. the threatened me saying someone would be at my door to take me away.. when i called back with an attitude i told them i received a threatening phone call fromthem they asked my name i gave only my first name then they said they would call me back.. hmmm im not one for games but i get very cheeky when threaten, verbally or otherwise .. thanks yall for letting me know im dealing with scammers again..  it time to flip the switch on these guys!!

ya  i just recieved a call from this number saying the same thing  bout coming to pick  me up at work and my legal fees  costing me 8400 dollars to take care of this situation

Exact same thing happened to me.  He said he was sure I would be found guilty....that is when I lost it on him.  I said what kind of law firm would EVER say that?  HE ended up hanging up on ME.  How can they get away with this???  Unreal!
