Called me three times in a row early in the morning and left no voice mail.

This is the message they left (pr-erecorded)..."This is an important message from legal check recovery. This is not a sales call. Please press one now to be connected to an associate. Please press one now."....this is just a debt collector trying to use strong arm tactics to pay on a very old debt...they are not lawyers...do not work for a law firm and can not have you arrested...ignore their calls and block the number...these morons are scammers.

These people keep calling and stating they have an arrest warrant for me. Please have them stop calling my phone.

This number repeatedly calls me and I have asked to be removed from their phone list. It is becoming harassment.

Mine was a $ scam...said I was involved in bank fraud. When I turned the convo around and put him on trial asking him questions he started calling me a liar. .then that i was trash...white trash.. then f'n white trash. He went psycho on me then said to enjoy the rest of my day before im behind bars.

100% harassment for sure. I told him that he busted out laughing.  Jerks

Caller identified as working for a law firm looking for MR. BOWDEN. After informing the caller no one here by that name they asked me to hold for a supervisor. The super visor became abusive with sexually explicit language. I reported the incident to MT police immediately.

They also use the number 559-475-6828. I received a call from 201-254-8479.  A man stated he was Investigator Beasley and needed to speak to me immediately about a warrant for my arrest.  He left the 201 number for me to call back. From reading other posts on these numbers on other websites,  it appears they try to scare people into paying off a pay day loan, but I have never had one of those. It sounds like they can get very ugly and even call relatives and employers. Somebody needs to shut these guys down!

Called me early one morning from 1 (201) 254-8479 looking for my brother, I told him that my brother passed away and he claimed that he had spoken to someone else who said they would give him the message.
I told him that I knew that was a lie because my brother passed away a year ago, he told me to f*** me and called me a b**** and that I was a liar.
These people are scammers and fake, not a real law firm just a debt collection agency trying to bully and harass people into paying.

How did everything turn out just got a call today called every court possible regarding the call they said it was a scam I reported it to the attorney generals office.

Regarding phone number 201-254-8479.  There was a call made to my father threatening legal action if I did not pay x amount of dollars before 12pm.  The caller identified himself as a Christopher Beasley.  I returned the call and all he did was claim that I committed fraud. He was very rude and said I needed to be transferred to the lawyer that was handling this.  He informed me that an arrest warrant was in the process if I did not pay x amount of dollars.  He then said he needs to call the District Attorney now that is handling the case to have them resolve the arrest warrant and case that was going to be issued,  I asked for documentation nothing was given or offered.  He said I had to make a decision and if I did not comply there would be a 25000 dollar bond set for me.  Obviously I was a bit paranoid.  Who wants to go to jail though.  So I said yes then was transferred to a customer service rep that would be processing my payment via money gram, checking, or credit card.  She Informed me to fill out a money gram request as the payee NCW she informed me to leave the address blank, receiver code she stated and account number as well 445931.  Out of sheer luck my phone died and I decided to call every single court in the county there were specifying, the sheriffs office, the bank they were stating, and the attorney generals office.  They all informed me this was a scam.  I filed a formal complaint with the Attorney General's Office and I am thinking of filing a complaint with the Sheriffs office due to the fact they gave my father information that should not have been given like last 4 of social, date of birth, and account numbers.  I did call Beasley back after I had contacted all those offices and had nothing to say but your warrant will be good in all 50 states and I don't even know why your calling us back because its done. LOL.  Those guys can eat a big pile of DOG [***].  I had to take the day off of work to handle this horse crap.  I have not been a complete angel in my life and if there is some outstanding debt that does not show up on my credit report that was in fact mine I would be willing to work something out.  Funny at the end of our conversation with Beasley I told him if in in fact owed a debt you your company I would be willing to work with you with it if in fact you can prove it is mine and I consent.  He stated you "we are not working with you". LOL.  After my father received another threatening call from them which was an actual threat from a 5203258611.  I tried calling the number it has since been disconnected 10 mins later.

This number belongs to a collection agency, in my husband's case they bought old debt from a payday check cashing place.  They are very rude and threaten that if you don't pay you'll be arrested tomorrow.  I talked to the attorney general's office here in SC, payday loan checks are not considered fraudulet here because the company knew when they accepted them they were bad.  You cannot be arrested all they can do is take you to civil court.  They are very harassing at this company, to the point I'm considering filing a complaint.  Check with your state I know things vary from state to state.
