This is not 411 service.
Since there are no prior reports describing the call, we have no idea who called you.
There is a good chance that number is connected with a VOIP phone.

Stumpy, all you had to do was google the number but that's OK I did it for you.  According to Tupalo.com it belongs to the Budget Truck Rental on Cleburne, TX.  Did you do business with them?  Maybe they just have the wrong number. Why don't you give them a call and see what they want?  Of course, it's always possible that someone is spoofing the number but you'll know immediately if they answer "Budget Rental."

This number called 2x, I missed the call both times, didn't leave any message. I also googled but I have no contact with Budget Rental in TX.

This number showed up on my missed call list. I have not done business with the Googled business either.  No message left either.

I got a call from this number.  The caller left a recorded voice mail about a "free wireless home security system."

I called the number back, and it asked if I wanted to be added to their DO NO CALL list.  Its clearly a telemarketer.

I guess I'll find out if it helps or hurts.

This ASS keeps on calling my phone number and harassing me. Stop calling me while I am at work.

I got a call from this number at my work. They are offering Free Security System. I pressed 1 to speak with an operator, their name is Protection Services First Alert. Nothing is free.
