The Caller I.D. came up as Medco Pharmacy and she told me they were authorized through Blue Cross/Blue Shiels to call. After a few choice words, I hung up. - ADCalled me, pretending to be from Medco or a mail order pharnacy.
They knew about the medicine I am taking the dosage and my dughter an old medicine that she was taking by the begining of the year. My prescription did not change a lot since I am diabetic and taking the same medecine.
The guy quated a reasonnable 90 days prescription, ask the permission to contact my doctor, He has his name. After that he asked about a credit card to charge to prpcess the order. I asked him to e-mail me his coordinates just to be in safe side, he started turning around, I smelled the fishy trap when he gave some wrong info about my adress, he has my old adress, not my new adress since I moved in August of this year and also changed the campany I worked for in the mid of the year also he has my old e-mail adress. But when he asked for the credit card that was it. I called to double check, the line was busy everytime I tried to call.
Never give your credit card for any caller unless you know who ther are. usually ask them politely to hung up and that you will call them back, ask for his/her extension. Check the number you received (google it), make sure the company exists. then call back. - RTThis number just called me to verify some private information. They knew my employer and who provides my health insurance. When I suggested that they mail out information instead of calling me to inquiry about personal information from an unknown number, they quickly hung up. THIS IS A SCAM!!!

I called Express Scripts directly, and they said they saw that I had refused to speak to the caller.

- Ash Kilday| 1 replyCalled me after 6p today, didn't answer as I didn't recognize the number. Tried to call back, and while the call connected, there was no ringing. Spam spam spam.
- LizWe have Blue Cross and Blue Shield Insurance. They have a contract to provide your regular medicines 90 days at a discounted price. They called my doctors office to get the prescription and promptly sent me my prescription for blood pressure. The cost was low. I had to call and double check. I was paying more at Wal-mart. They will call me every time I get a new prescription filled somewhere to see if this is a new prescription I will be taking on a regular basis.
- Caller: MEDCO-Express Scripts
- RJ replies to AxisHedovWhy do you fools call back the number ??? That is what they want you to do...It's a way around the do-not-call list.
