- TiredSecond call today from this number. At least this was at 9 am -- the first one (two days ago) was at 7:45 am. Have no idea who this is - doubt it's the insurance company since we have never had anything to do with them. Google search put this number with telemarketing jobs.
- TiredJust did a little more searching --- this number is Allstate Industries out of Texas. They do advertising/promotional (they just started in 2009). I recently started a business and opened a website. Anyone else do the same thing that they have gotten our info from? They got it somehow because I'm unlisted and on the DNC list.

- lindalucall rec'd today @7:06 a.m. thought there was a time for these people to call.....like not before 9:a.m. we are also on DNC list. called them back @8:10 a.m. first 3 calls were answered "allstate industries, can you hold please". i kept hanging up and calling right back. finally was asked "how may i direct your call?" in a not very nice tone i told them to remove our phone number from there list.

- Teresa| 1 replyJust started getting these calls, 3 days in a row now at 7:15am, have had our website for about 5 years now and been in business over 20 years. Maybe it's automated or they don't know there's about the time zone.

- alabama plumber replies to Teresajust called these people back... the woman that i spoke to was actually pretty nice. it is rather annoying to get calls from unsolicited sales people, though. especially at 7 a.m. she said that she got my name off of some type of business list. she was trying to sell screened products such as t-shirts, business cards, door magnets, etc. well. at least she was nice. i guess.
- Eric Larson, Crow Construction| 20 repliesCalled at 7:15 am on home phone, asked my wife for Eric Larson of Crow Construction. I do not know how they got my home phone number, as I EXCLUSIVELY use my cell phone number for business purposes. My wife asked the caller to hold for a moment, and they hung up on her. By the way, our home phone number is registered on the Do Not Call list.

- Karen| 1 replyThey called at 7:15 am on 6/8/09 and asked for me by first name. When I asked if this was a telemarketing call, he hung up. Got second call on 6/10/09 at 7:35 am. I let him do his initial pitch, where he asked if I got his post card. I did not. When asked, he said they were Allstate Industries and this was regarding T-Shirts. When I told him I am on the Federal FCC Do Not Call list and on my own state's Do Not Call list, he said that he got my info from county records for my company. I have no company.
He said that he got my business info from Dunn and Bradstreet. I have no business. He stated my website DOMAIN name as my business. It is just a domain. Even my domain registration has only my first initial, not by name and the listed phone number is different, so I knew he was lying. He then said that they bought the list. I told him to remove my name from his call list, which he said he would.
I filed a complaint with the FCC today. We'll see what happens. Here is where you file the complaint: www.fcc.gov/cgb/donotcall/

Does Texas a BBB and State Attorney General? I'll figure it out on Sunday. Allstate Industries needs a new pres or ceo, idiots directing idiots what to do.

- Sick & tired of these calls!!| 1 replyTwo mornings in a row calling at approx. 7:45am. They woke up my whole family including my children who usually don't wake up till 9am...It's summer vacation!!! This is extremely annoying and we are on the DNC list including our cell numbers. According to some of the other posts this company is located in Texas. The majority of Texas is in the Central time zone with a small portion in Mountain. We are in Eastern time zone. What time are these people telemarketing???? According to the time of my call they are starting this at 6:45am and maybe even 5:45am their time!!! I will be filing a complaint with the FCC as soon as I'm done here.

- 7:15 AM this morning & not the 1st time| 1 replyThis is beyond ridiculous, calling at around 7:15. I tried calling them back on another occassion and I got the same as a previous poster. They answered "Allstate Industries, can you hold please" but she disconnected me, so I tried again and hung up on her.
Now we do a business out of our home but we don't advertise the home number, we advertise our other land-line # and cell number. So they aren't getting it from just establishing a website etc. Our home # is associated with our domain though...but the domain is registered under another name for privacy...you pay extra for that.
But our business has used VistaPrint, and the home # is registered with them. And Allstate Industries sounds like a competitor of them. I'm reaching here for ideas or answers.
I'm just at a loss of where they're getting our home # from. I'm also contacting the fcc.
Bottom line, our home # is on the DNC list and is unpublished.- Caller: Allstate Industries

- 7:15 AM this morning...| 4 repliesContinuation...
Thought I'd call right now from work to see if someone will answer and actually speak to me. I said someone called this morning after 7 am. She said they're allowed to call contractors that early, it's the best time to call tehm. I said my number is unlisted, but she said that my # is associated with the business, and the only place I can think that it is, is when we registered the business with the State. We didn't have a business line yet. All advertising was done using the mobile #.
I asked what sort of company they are, and as a previous poster said -- printing, imprinting of t-shirts etc. I told her we use VistaPrint (ha ha). She said she would take us off the list. I told her I was contacting the FCC.
I doubt it will be the end of this...- Caller: Allstate Industries

- marineair| 2 repliesThey're a legit business -. As stated, they sell various things with your logo silk screened onto them. We have purchased t-shirts, mugs, and other items from them. And they ARE pretty nice people. Guess they need to do some work on their sales method - judging from the comments here.

- east coastMissed the call because the cell phone registered to my business was downstairs. It was at 7:15AM. Googled the number before calling back. I was pleased to see that they don't attempt to hide their number. The lady that I spoke with was extremely nice and was more than happy to remove my number.
