- MennoIs Medco Health online pharmacy
- MarkYes, it is Medco, online pharmacy. They always call right around dinner time!
- Caller: Medco
- Call type: Telemarketer
- 817-920-9801| 1 replyThey say they are Medco but I don't believe that - Don't give the caller any info - just hang up. Medco also has an obnoxious practice of calling customers to see why they stopped taking a certain medication and did you discuss this with our doctor - I started screaming into the phone. What an invasion of privacy.
- Caller: MEDCO (?)
- margaret gleasonPlease do not call my nuber any longer! I find it harassing!
- Caller: medco
- Summer Sue| 1 replyrec'd a call on my vell from this number...didn't answer...I believe it is Medco.
- Caller: Medco
- maryannThis is the second time they have called me on my cell phone. How can they be stopped?
- Caller: medco
- Krayven SumheadIz Medco. Stop these calls thru your phone carrier by blocking the number. I did.
- Caller: Medco
- MADThese jerk keep calling. They best pray I don't find their address!!!!!!!
- Caller: ?????
- MATT RYAN| 1 replyI have been with Medco for years, they never call me unless it is important. If you don't want them to call answer the phone and ask them not to call. Don't be a jerk!
- Chris| 1 replyIt was just a pharmacist from Medco calling because I requested a refill of a couple of chronic prescriptions I hadn't filled through them in a few months. Good lord, people, not every single call is a bill collector or someone out to get you.
- Caller: Medco Pharmacy
- Call type: Event reminder
- dr wiesen| 3 repliesthey call 2-3 times a day. each time i report them in violation of the do not call list. will see what happens.
- Caller: "medco"
- AnnoyedCalled my work number so I answered. It identified as Medco, wished talk to my daughter. Left message with me to tell my daughter to call them.
When my daughter called the number on the back of the health card, Medco did not know anything about the call.
Is the call really from Medco? Or my personal info with Medco has been compromised / stolen / sold.- Caller: Medco
- Call type: Prank
- moni replies to ChrisYou are correct. It is Medco. People do overreact to calls if they don't know who it is. I have a standing "date" with medco. they are callig me every few weeks to re-order meds for my cancer treatment. i want them to call as i don't want this to ship without me knowing. i do have to pay a lot for it! Not every call is from "crooks"
- Annoyed2If it's that important, why haven't they left messages for me the two times they have called my cell so far? Or contact me at one of the other numbers on my account. I don't think its rude to be annoyed and say so. It's unprofessional for them not to leave a message.
- Caller: MEDCO
- RHL replies to MATT RYANThat might be your experience but clearly, there are many others out here who are getting numerous calls from MEDCO and it has nothing to do with friendly reminders or shipment notifications. Your advice to simply speak to them and they will stop calling doesn't work seeing as I spoke to a rep last week and just a few minutes ago got another robo call from Medco. They have been calling my cellphone every day, sometimes twice a day for a few weeks. They don't leave a message but I called the number back with the sole purpose to tell them to stop. The rep was very nice and friendly and wanted my account number..I had no idea what she was talking about...it took some back and forth to figure it out but in the end, she had no idea why I was being called and had to refer me to yet another mail order script company called Catalyst. Really? I've already wasted enough time with this MEDCO, I'm not gonna waste more in calling another company only to be given some sales pitch on mail order scripts that I don't need in the first place. I wasn't a jerk. I called and talked to them. Didn't stop the calls. Nice try.
- Satanic_HamsterI've never dealt with Medco and have been getting no message calls from them.
- Caller: Medco
- Satanic_HamsterApparently Medco is contracted or affiliated with my companies insurance agency, United Healthcare. Or so they claim (tee hee). Got a call "to save me money." Kept asking for personal information, though, to verify my identity.
Told the woman that there was no way in hell I was going to give out or confirm personal information from a cold call from a company that I wasn't familiar with. Woman was very persistent, asked her to send me the information via email or physical mail. Eventually had to hang up.- Caller: Medco
- Call type: Prank
- Kathy A.Medco, leaving a message saying it was urgent that they contact me about my last prescription and that they would call multiple times over the next several days unless I called back. (Really). When I called them back, they only wanted me to switch from my local pharmacy to their mail service.
- Caller: Medco / Express Scripts
- Call type: Telemarketer
- DaveSame as above, wanted to know if a recent med was long term and they could save me money. Told them it was a one time thing and asked to not call work in the future. I was told that a notation would be made in the file to honor that request. It is inconvenient to have to call back and listen to the sales pitch, but she was very nice and hopefully this ends any more calls.
- Caller: Express Scripts, formerly Medco
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Phoebe| 1 replyThis is indeed MEDCO.They have recently merged with Express Scripts and have changed/added phone numbers. Here's another number I'll have to block! They try to tell you they can provide your prescripitions cheaper than your local pharmacy- not true! I fell for that ONE time and wound up paying triple what my local Kroger Pharmacy charged me.All the drugs I take are on Kroger's $4/$10 plans. These are the most annoying people on earth. They have my e-mail address and mailing address and I have told them to use that only.It does no good.I prefer face-to-face with my Pharamacist so I can ask questions about any of concerns I have about drug interaction and side effects.
