Multiple calls and hang ups.  Caller ID showed 20 digit number starting with 'V01211...'  Strange.

RECEIVED A CALL THIS MORNING AT 9:17am.
I KNEW IT WAS A SPOOFED NUMBER SO I ANSWERED JUST TO EFF WITH THEM.
UNFORTUNATELY, NO WAS WAS THERE - AND I HELD ON THE LINE WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO PICKUP.
NADA
MAYBE NEXT TIME.
CID SAID "NAME NOT FOUND"

THEY CALLED AGAIN - 11:19am.
I REALLY, REALLY WANTED TO TALK WITH THEM - SORRY, WANTED TO EFF WITH THEM.
HELD ON LINE FOR OVER 30 SECONDS AND NO [***] APPEARED.
I'M DISAPPOINTED!

THIS TIME, I GOT A RECORDED MESSAGE ABOUT DUCT CLEANING.
"PRESS 1 TO TALK TO..."  
"PRESS 2 TO BE REMOVED FROM OUR CALL LIST"
I DID NEITHER.

It is a Bill collector using false information to collect a debt. They are URS collection Services. They are breaking the law.  If you call the number back it says it has been disconnected. The work for HSBC Retail Services.

Finally figured out who these people are-recorded message about air duct cleaning.  They give option of pressing '2' to get off their list but that does not help.  Recorded calls.

RECEIVED ANOTHER CALL FROM THIS SPOOFED #.

I JUST PURCHASED A PANASONIC PHONE THAT HAS CALL BLOCK.  I BLOCKED THEIR # AND WILL NOT BE HEARING FROM THEM AGAIN.  

YEA!!!

Have received 2-3 such calls.  They never leave a message.  Called operator; though I resented spending the $ for these idiots and was told to call long distance operator...........SHE said to call local service company and consider it an annoyance call.  Refuse to go any further with this but it is a PITA!!!!  *After reading the above commentaries I realize we HAVE, IN THE PAST, RECEIVED A PRE-RECORDED MESSAGE ABOUT DAMN DUCT CLEANING; (which my extremely wise dad says is a "BS service" ANYWAY!   (APPRECIATE the OTHER COMMENTS ABOUT THIS NUMBER BEING FROM A FRAUDULENT DEBT COLLECTOR UNDER RETAIL DISGUISE).   HOW CAN WE BUST THESE IDIOTS????????????????

MY NEWLY PURCHASED, CALL-BLOCKING PANASONIC PHONE ALLOWED THE PHONE TO RING ONCE AND THE CALL WAS BLOCKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Caller ID said "Name Not Found" Answered and no one replied.  Will block if we get a call back. Thanks to everyone's feedback.

Do the responsible thing, and go to FCC on your search engine, and file a complaint with the Federal Communication Commission. Blocking this number does nothing to stop this type of abuse. You are not protecting the next guy, you are giving the abuser the green light to abuse someone else. Being on a Do Not Call list will not stop this type of call, let the Feds do it. They won't see the humor in this type of abuse. Good luck, and do the right thing, it can be done on line and only takes about 3 minutes.

HOPEFULLY, THEYTHEIR FANNYS PUT IN JAIL.

Now a couple of incoming calls from this obviously fake phone number.  I ignore the call and there is no message left.  I don't know who it is.  A previous post said it's a debt collector for HSBC but I have absolutely no dealings with that company.
