Didn't answer and no message left; can only surmise that J & V Plumbing in North Hollywood, CA 91611 is trying to solicit business in this very annoying way. We don't ever do business with companies that call us and neither should you do business this way. Reputable companies usually have enough business by word of mouth (Angie's list etc) and don't
need to resort to cold calling.

The call was a pre-recorded message but the beginning was cut off. All that was recorded was "... the incentives in order to make your house safer, press 1 or to be removed press 2."

This call came in as California Call. When I called back it went to voice mail, and said a name you could not even recognize!

Yet another spoofed junk call.  Didn't answer (I never answer calls from unfamiliar numbers, and never ever do business with any company or person whose advertising tactics include junk calls, junk visits, or junk mail).  Blocked this number.
