This was happening to me today, too.  Called me at 10:46 AM CST, then again at 11:25 AM, 12:01 PM, and 1:05 PM so far.

This person calls 4 - 5 times per day, lets it ring once and hangs-up.
Please cease immediately.

Ive gotten 4 calls in 3 days who is this person

Had five calls on my missed call list today.  I missed them so I have no idea what it was about.

I continue to receive numerous calls from this number with one ring and then they hang up

This is the phone number to Caine and Weiner out of Woodland Hill, CA and they are a debt collection company.

After returning a call to this number and discovering it to be a collection agency, I was informed that they had no record of our number or names.

Received several calls in a row from this caller.

the guy's name is Aaron Lewis from the Caine and Weiner, i'll be calling him and hanging up every hour now.

I do not know who this person is----how can I get this person to stop calling???

Its from a lousy collection agency- They call- They leave an obscure message and then they don't answer their phone- I have been calling every 10 minutes and leaving a voice mail- CAINE AND WEINER

They have called several times looking for relatives they are very rude.  They refuse to identify themselves but the caller id says Caine Weiner. They lie and say some relatives gave this out as their home number and they will keep calling until I give them the information they need.

I receive 3-4 calls a day from this number.  They never leave a message.  I just pick up the phone and hang up immediately, but I wish I could get them to stop calling.

Sounded like a credit repair company. Lady kept asking do you want me to help you? I don't own a home & always pay off my credit card before due date. I don't like borrowing money. She said there's something on my credit report so that's why they called. The question is, which company shared my credit report with this company???

its a bill collector. The rep who called me was SO RUDE. She told me tha I need to pay my bills and called me a fat lazy slob who stays at home and probably has 6 kids from 5 different men and ollects welfare. These people are so very un professional. This is definetaly not the way to get someone to pay their bills. These employees most likley don't get paid vvery well, that's why they are so awful and rude to people.

I've had 7 calls in one day from a person with this number claiming that I've called them several times on my cell phone, which I hadn't. I didn't call back.

You need to go to www.creditnet.com and learn how to report these people.  They are in violation of the FDCRA and need to be stopped.  If you report them and file a lawsuite against them, you can be paid from $1,000 to $2,500.  It takes a little work, but it's definitely worth it to put these people in their place and stop them from treating consumers the way they do.  The website is entirely free.

To all of you having problems with Caine and Weiner or any other collectors for that matter, please read my reply to Adrienne about www.creditnet.com.  The website is free and very helpful for creeps like these.  We all need to know and remember that there are laws to protect consumers.
