this number called twice. i called back and it gives me a bank of america number. but the guy who called left a msg to call a diff number which is also originating from glendale and asked me to call 818.291-8766. It didnt sound right to me, therefore I called the bank of america at the back of my card and verified if that call was legit and they said NO!!!

called at 6:00pm of course i didnt answer as i don't answer any calls i don't know.  no message left. i sent it to voicemail. two minutes later called back, i sent to voicemail again.

anyone know how to put the hurt on these people?  i am on the do not call list for the GOV.  looks like thats working out real good for the GOV.

Called trying to confirm that my mailing address was legit. They gave me the following...

After saying that wasn't my address, they gave me another address which was my address and I confirmed it. They said they would be calling me back in around 10 minutes after they verified some stuff.

I have already had to replace 1 business credit card. The thing was is that I've never once used the credit card as it's only used when the main master checking account goes negative, so it's never been swiped. Yet someone was able to use it to buy Avon products. The credit card company closed the card down and issued a new one after refunding me the money. I think this may be the same people that used the card trying to get at another one.

How do you expect the DONOTCALL list to work if YOU do not bother to report them as a violator - BASICALLY you assume that the GOV knows you are getting these calls. They DON'T UNTIL YOU REPORT THEM!

Although my caller ID indicated AT&T internet as the source, it turned out to be a Republican voter poll.

This number called me at 1:33pm on 11/13/12.  It rang twice, and when I answered, they hung up.  I called back and the recording said it was the Bank of America Glendale Customer Service Center then referred callers to call another number to speak with an agent.
