they say I have a open pay day loan with them and they even called my job I don't have a pay day
loan with them.

i get calls almost monthly harrassing me at my job, home and cell re: apparent;y a pay day loan i have outstanding i do not have any more pay day loans. i did in the past, they never go intodetail on the messages jsut to call them back with my lawyer and if i dont they wish m ewell as the situation unfolds can't tell you how amny times i have heard this oh and that it is a time sensitive matter, they have been dayin gthis to me since december.

THIS IS A SCAM ARTIST I TRACK THE NUMBER DOWN TO SUNLAND CALIFORNIA TALKING ABOUT FRAUD AND COURT NO ADRESS WAS GIVEN WACK PERSON CONTINUES TO TELL ME WHAT I OWE AND HAS MY GIRLFREINDS INFO EVEN SOCIAL I FIGURE SHE WANTED A PAY LOAN ETC...

I also revived a call from this number 1 818-293 -7408, calming that I owed them money , they even called My work. This not the first time this has happened  .

I have also recieved these phone calls, I went to the police department they told me it is a scam and don't even answer the phone.

Rec'd a call stating I have a pay for loan account don't have one, and I would like someone to tell me how this person can get my phone number I am not happy to rec'd this and harrassing me. I will report it to my local police dept.

someone called me from this number said that they were with cyber crime unit. they call my place of employment always after 5:00p.m. leaving these rediculous messages with other employees for me. i call them back trying to get a name or address of a business and they won't give out any information. they have even called and said they was a us marshal

Received a call from this number at my job at 10pm. They never left a specific message besides being some pay day loan. I figured it was a scam.

JUST RECEIVED A CALL FROM THESE IDOTS.  WITH THE SAME THREATS EVERYONE ELSE IS GETTING.

BUT CALLING ME HERE AT WORK ISN'T COOL.  I WILL JUST CONTINUE TO HANG UP.  I'M SURE THEY HAVE CALLED MY CELL PHONE TOO, BUT I JUST ERASE THE CALLS RIGHT OFF THE BAT.

WHAT A BUNCH OF IDOTS AND HOW SORRY THEY HAVE TO DO THIS FOR A LIVING...THEY CAN'T EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH AND IT'S ALWAY A "JIMMY HENRY" OR SOME OTHER "AMERICAN" NAME.

They say I have a pay day loan which I don't they are calling me at work they say they are gooing to take me to court I told them fine do it how do I get them to calling me

A man by the name of Mark called me and said that I have till th end of the day to get my lawyer to call him or else he wished me the best of luck and take my consequences or ese, he called from a number on my caller ID # 0000- but told me I better call him back at thsi number 818-293-7408   he threatened me on his message ti get a lawyer or he wiushed me luck after today, because they were pursuing action on me, did not leave details of whom he was representing , just that it was a payday loan from over 6 years ago, I paid all my loans . but he still calls to threaten me. what can I do to stop thiese calls.

Just got the same kind of call as Luci...I asked for his attorney ID number and he couldn't give it to me. Mis representing himself. Told him to go F**k himself on the way to H*ll.... LOL

The scammers message is as follows:

"This message is intended for [First Name] [Last Name]. Mr. [First Name], the very second you receive this message I need you or your retained attorney of record to return the call. The issue at hand is extremely time sensitive. My name is [Russell] [Clark], and the hotline to my division is (818) 293-7408. Again that is (818) 293-7408. Don't disregard this message. Return the call. Now, if I don't return the call and I don't hear from your attorney either, the only thing I can do is wish you good luck as the situation unfolds on you. Goodbye and best of luck."

This message is the exact same every time they call. Obviously a script. When you call them back, they aren't very descriptive about what you have done, just that they are going to send out police. I kept telling them to send the police, then they finally started to spit profanity after profanity at me.

These are low lifes, someone sold your information to them, and they are using it against you to scam you. Even though they have your information, there is nothing they can do unless you tell them that they can take the money from your account. If you authorize it, there is pretty much nothing you can do to get it back.

Don't fall for this scam! Report it to the FTC.

i got a call evryday saying i took loan from them. she says her name is kathy martin with a thick accent.
at last i came to know that this is a fradulent call from india.
