Called my Google Voice number.  All I heard was "SECURITY DEPARTMENT" then 12 seconds of silence.  I'm guessing it was some kind of recorded message and I just caught the end of it.

Got a phone call from this number.  They said my card would be locked out.  It said to press "1".  I hung up.  Called number back from a land line.  Number was disconnected.  

Rec'd call from 818-309-1383 May 5th. I let it go to voicemail. The only part of the message, which sounded like an automated voice, that was recorded said my account was locked then gave a menu. I did not try returning the call.

Received call from 818-309-1383 with garbled message about my account being locked and then a menu choice to press 1 for more information.  Caller ID said call was from Northern Los Angeles Area.  I hung up.  

Just received a call from 818-309-1383. Garbled to start with something about my account being locked then said to press 1.  I just let it go until it disconnected. Thought it might be a scam.

Call received May 5 at 2:30 pm. With automated msg that card would be locked out therefore to contact company by pressing one. Msg. Was very choppy and difficult to fully understand. Caller ID said it was from Northern Los Angeles.  I didn't respond.

    Received a call from this number. A automated message that was not so clear stated that my card was going to be locked. It said to press 1 for more information. I hung up. I then called my bank and CC company to check it out since i am on vacation (thought the bank might of seen weird charges while out of town).  Everything was fine on the banks end.
    This number must be another scam trying to get financial info!

Missed call, returned 2hrs later, busy signal.

I just got the call from this # and i didnt answer, guess same thing as other ppl posted here, so i added to my block list.

Received the same message, "contact security department,"must be a scam.

Low quality recording stated that my account was frozen and I needed to press 1 to be transferred.

received a call with a recorded message stating my  ' word was unidentifiable ' account had been locked and to speak to the security department press 1.... after pressing 1 on my cellulrs keyboard there was loud static and then another recorded voice said if I would like to unlock my account press 1...At that point I disconnected call...

did you follow their instructions ? did you get any further than I did ?

Today, May 5, received a call on my cell from this number but didn't pick up.  Didn't recognize the area code. They left no message but I looked up the number online as I guessed it was probably a scam of some kind. I've been getting these scam calls on my land line, which I plan to disconnect, but rarely on my cell phone. I tell everyone I know to never, ever give out your bank information on the phone, especially when they are the ones calling you.

I received same call and I also live in Modesto ...I did press #1 and it sent a bunch of static and then asked if I wanted to unlock my account press #1 at that point I hung up...have you heard anything regarding this

I also received message today, 05-05-14.  Choppy, electronic sounding message, caught only the last bit about wanting to be transferred to their security department (something about my account being locked.)  I hung up when I was asked to push another button if I wanted my account "unlocked."  

Received call at 5:14 p.m. and declined it to VM. Caller left a blank 2 second recording.

also garbled choppy message about account locked, press 1.  I hung up also - obvious scam.

Also in Modesto.  Just called and it was just as all above.  

Got a call from this number, it said my account was locked in a very bad recording.  I waited until the call disconnected itself, because it didn't give me a bank name.  What an obvious scam.
