I received a call from a Susan Freemen from this number said she was with Bryan, Bryan & Associates about a defaulted Payday Loan with Cashnet...Bogus as I have never taken a payday loan out

That's funny that you said that because I had a call from a lady named Susan Freeman and I did not remember taking  out a loan but once she helped me remember  because  it was a year and a half ago.  I just settled out the payday loan.  She was very nice and she was okay with getting everything  in writing So you might want to call her back and ask for the paperwork

This person  Susan freeman is making threatening calls saying  she will put out a warrant these people are scammers  and they are trying to get money out of hard working people. They have been reported. They need to be prosecuted for this.

Sometimes they ID themselves as Bryan Bryan & Associates.  Sometimes they use Bryant Bryant and Associates.  A Susan Freeman has been calling from other numbers.   Someone using the name Susan Freeman has  a long history of debt scamming on 800notes.  Threats of arrests and so forth.  Ignore them and block her  calls.  According to an entry on 10-18-2013 (855-393-4949) , 800notes, a Susan Freeman called from   321-304-2495.   This number is the number of this group as shown by the BBB:

What a coincidence....I just got a phone message that says the EXACT SAME THING!!!! These people, no not people, but thugs and thieves are dangerous.  Do NOT be fooled by them, especially the elderly on a fixed income.  How do they sleep at night?

Mine was a little different. I received a call from my ex-sister-in-law stating that some lady called their son asking if he knew me. He said yes and she said that she needed to talk to me. Now mind you, I've been divorced 5 years. He asked what it was in regards to and she told him that I was under investigation for check fraud. I don't even own checks I use my debit card. She went on to tell him that it was urgent she spoke to me before they issued a warrant for me. Well when they called and notified me of this I immediately did a look up of the number and found it was Bryant & Bryant Associates and not sure how they got my name much less my ex-nephew's name and number. She didn't have to call me back I called them. Needless to say I told her that I was going to start and end this conversation. I stated that she broke all rules regarding collections because that's the line of business I am in. I explained to her that she slandered my name to my ex-husband's family which you are not supposed to comment on the reason for the calls. She lied because I don't write checks at all. I said a few choice words and when I explained to her that I knew they were a collection company and Ms. Nixon, Ms. Freeman whatever name she chose to go by today I would NOT put up with her doing this again. I am sure I will get a call back from them but I can almost bet after the [***] chewing she received she won't be calling anyone else regarding me.
