I had gotten two calls from this number saying they were calling from United States Legal Processing Division. I spoke with and Andrew who then passed me along to "Officer Robert Mathews". They had called me on my work phone and said if I didnt call them back they would take legal action due to writing fraud checks. The scary thing about it was they knew my SS# and and old checking account number. They had told me I had taken out a load from and online loan service and I need to own them money. They said they will drop the charges if I am willing to pay them between $700-$1000 today using my debit card. They would not give me any information to what online loan service they were talking about or fax me any legal information. If someone calls you with the same number, please disregard the message

I had two calls from the number above stating that a friend of mine used my information to commit fraud and that she was going to jail and that I was apart of it and in order for me not to go to jail I needed to conatct her right away and have her call them. I advised them that the call was being recorded and they told me do what you want and then hung up. I did record the call on my cellphone but the only one you can hear is the gentlemen known as "Sgt. Robert Matthews" the first call I received was from a guy named "Kevin Johnson" who oddly enough had a thick Indian accent!

My daughter recdeived several calls from these knot heads telling her that she owed them money from some sort of payday loan.  She was so shaken up that she wrote out the email that they dictated to her and sent it.  The email address that they used was ldp@usa.com and uldp@usa.com.  When I did a "whois" on that web address it comes up as a link page owned by World Media Group LLC .  The contact name for that web site is

This guy gorman has a long search history.  The following links detail some of what he is into.  I cannot believe that with all of this he is not involved in the email scam we are dealing with.  It has escalated now to a threat on my daughter's life so we are notifying police, fbi, and so on.  If you run into this guy Start with Law Enforcement.

I finally talked to "Robert Matthews" after several calls and he threatened me saying I have 10 warrants for my arrest and I will be arrested tomorrow.  I just finished going through an indepth criminal screening after applying for a new apartment and everything came back squeeky clean, just as I knew it would.  After reading quite a few blogs, I think these people are getting our personal information from an online payday loan company.  This is something it seems we all have in common.  There must be some way to track down who is releasing this information illegally.

I received not only multiple calls on my cell phone but an Indian dude named "Will Buxton" harrassed my BOSS at work too.  He left a message on her maching stating that I was going to go to jail unless I called them back and yada yada yada.  She was freaked out and let me know and when I called the number back another Indian voice answered "How can I help You?" and I explained that I was returning a rude phone call and they put me on hold for about 20 came back on the line to check if I was still there then told me to hold AGAIN and did that once more.  Since I was on hold so much I decided to type the number in GOOGLE and the first site I clicked on was stating that this # was a scam.  When the last Indian man answered he asked me what I wanted.  Uh well DUH!!  You idiots called me and I am responding to your nasty message.  Anyway since I knew at this point that it was a scam, I was not the nicest person to him.  He asked if my name was (last name, first name) and I said no.  He was puzzeled and asked what my name was so I told him my name was Jenn (last name).  Then he started to ask my phone # so I said it really fast and after the third time of him asking "can you say it a little slower".  I said well no I actually can not because then you, the scam artist will know it.  He paused and did not say anything for a sec then I asked him if he could stay on the line just a little bit longer because the cops were almost done tapping the line and getting his address.  Yeah, needless to say he quickly hung up.  I have not yet received another call from them.  Maybe I will call them back someday and see how they are doing.....  :)

Sales.shipsound and ShopCEoutlet all use the exact modus operandi. Both have legitimate Amazon accounts. Both use the exact same fax number. Each of these entities use a fax number generated by a company owned by Gerald Gorman. Do a google search on Gerald Gorman and you will find that he is an ecommerce fraud who hides behind his domain names and "anonymous" fax numbers.

The person behind all of this fraud is and has been for MANY years GERALD GORMAN. Amazon is responsible for the integrity and security of their website. They were aware of this fraud for some time and more and more victims are piling up. A confirmation email came from auto-confirmation@amazon.com and questions were asked to the seller THROUGH the Amazon interface.
