Speak to Anthony Greene. He will tell you it takes 48-72 hours to get your number removed from their predictive dialer but only if you give him the dates and times of the calls and your phone number (that is some incompetent database they've got there!)
Speak to Dave Kieran. He will tell you they are exempt from the Do Not Call registry because they are not selling anything. Their website indicates that the sell qualified investor leads and other data.

My wife received a call at our home from a lady who asked for Moss. When she said I was at work, and she would take a message the lady advised her she would call back. The lady would not give her name, or why she was calling. My wife got the number from our caller ID.

After glibly providing the information that I requested, I informed Jim that I was on the DO NOT CALL LIST and would be providing the information to the authorities. He promptly replied that my name would be taken off their list.
