Speak to Anthony Greene. He will tell you it takes 48-72 hours to get your number removed from their predictive dialer but only if you give him the dates and times of the calls and your phone number (that is some incompetent database they've got there!)

Speak to Dave Kieran. He will tell you they are exempt from the Do Not Call registry because they are not selling anything.  Their website indicates that the sell qualified investor leads and other data.

 My wife received a call at our home from a lady who asked for Moss.  When she said I was at work, and she would take a message the lady advised her she would call back.  The lady would not give her name, or why she was calling.  My wife got the number from our caller ID.
We are on the KY do not call list.

Got a call from them the day after I applied for a mortgage from lendingtree.com even though I'm also on the DNC registry.  It is still legal for them to call under my circumstance, I believe.  They didn't leave a message.

Caller identified himself as "Jim Bibby" calling for the "First National Information Network", calling at 1457 PDT on 15-JUNE-2007.  He gave his number as "800-562-1999".  After glibly providing the information that I requested, I informed Jim that I was on the DO NOT CALL LIST and would be providing the information to the authorities.  He promptly replied that my name would be taken off their list.

Call was received from this number and nobody responded after I answered.  Finally, after the 4th hello, a lady asked for my husband.  Her English pronunciation was poor.  She said she would call back later when I told her my husband was unavailable.

I got a call from them 5 minutes ago and I asked her if I can have their number to call them back and she said that they are an information agency and they don't accept incoming calls so I hung up and dialed the number that came up on the caller ID and I said "Oh I thought you don't accept incoming calls idiot" and hung up.

This number has called my home phone 3 times in the last 5 days.  When I answer, no one is there.

When you can figure out who does it, "Black fax em" Put a sheet or ten of black paper in your fax and send it to them over and over to get their Ink or toner used up for them!
