    This is a scam, have called Verizon Fraud and they say this is not Verizon Wireless.  Whatever you do when it asks for you to hit 1 don't. Hang up!!!!! These people have been calling 3-5 times a day threatening to shut off services for an unpaid phone bill. They also use 818-937-4926.  If you have question call Verizon Wireless at 866-266-1445. They are legit and if you have questions about your Verizon Wireless bill they can answer it!

    Keep calling, several times a day. Sometimes dropped call, sometimes voicemails: "If you are [x], press 1; if you are not [x], press 2." When we attempt to call them back, we get a Verizon Wireless messaging service voicemail.
