They called me to, at 5:30 in the morning.

I got a call from this number, two times in a row and then a third call from 619-309-4156 and they left a message. I don't answer these people anymore, I did once and smelled a scam immediately. They threatened to hang up if I did not stop using profanity. [***] them. I just don't see how they can't be found and put out of business and or the country. None of them can read the script in front of them very well, they struggle with grammer but they all have American names.

They called me as well, saying they put money into my account and when they went to get it back that they didn't have access to it and that they are going to call the police and put a warrant under my name for my arrest. Now I've filled out for loans online months ago and none were approved... so how the hell.... anyway they wanted me to send them money back at least half of the money that they "deposited" into my account of $412.00.... LIES I HAVE ONLINE BANKING!!!!!

omg same [***] happened to my i found a missed call from them & call back they said the were a law firm & that i owed for money & that cops were coming to my house in 45mins to arrest me. i called back the chinesse or spanish male cursed me out & started laughing then hung up

I received the same call today. They said they were going to have a warrant out for my arrest if I didn't pay 612.00. I asked them to provide me with some that I owe this money and they refused.they said I have to pay the money first then they will provide me with the documentation. They say there law firm is baker and mckenzie. I'm going to look up that law firm and call them.

If they call back tell them to comply with 15 USC 1601 (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act).  Demand a "validation notice" sent via certified mail to the address in their file.  Demand all future communications be only in writing via US Mail.  Tell them if they fail to comply you will file complaints with your State Attorney General's Office of Consumer Protection and with the FTC for violation of the above law. Do not admit to the debt until you receive the validation notice that proves you owe it.  Their threats are all BS and they know it.  There is a very good chance they are either just fishing to scam people or have purchased a zombie debt that is beyond the statue of limitations for collection.  Go to the FTC website and search for information on debt collection scams.  Know your rights and how to deal with these callers.

This number called and said I need to WIRE them money to pay a debt or they would file a lawsuit and issue a warrant for my arrest. They would not disclose wnythign about the debt but the amount. Once I WIRE the money they would give me documentation. AFTER! I sent them nothing and told them to send the warrant.

Same message couldnt really understand them. Its bs.

Officer Scott called me back in 45 minutes stating that he need my location so that he can send someone...lol what is your last name officer I am who I say I am and I don't need to disclose my last name is what he gone tell me.... I knew it was bs when he said his badge number was 124... I asked him where is his location and he gone tell me something about he in Houston and cant even pronounce Houston... If you are who you say you are then guess what you know where to find me.. Then the woman come calling me back stating that I need to call them back or else.. Then I told him before I sent money in like a dummy that he was a scam he telling me that he is who he say he is working for...that someone had phone numbers and that they wanted to make sure that it was paid with the voucher number...

I received the same phone call, and have been receiving them over the past year. I always tell them i will see them in court. I have receintly filed bankruptcy, chapter 7, and the "so called" lawyer on the phone told me the debt was not covered under a chapter 7. Please, do you really believe I am that ignorant. Because the loan was taken out online from a different state than where I live was one of the reasons it was not covered. Um, hello, bankruptcy is a federal filing, doesn't matter what state you live in. So I basically gave him my lawyers phone number, and told him to take it up with him. It is a scam.

these people called and wanted to know the lawyer that i had so they could call him i told them that i had no lawyer and then they started calling names .

I did not receive a call from this number but an email from someone claiming to be from TD Bank (based in Maine according to a Google search) with number and an extension. The email read :

and that is an exact quote. The To: line of the email had over 200 names listed in it, not even BCC, just all in the To: so you know this is from someone that is scamming and not very good at it. Beware of calls and emails like this. SCAMS !!!
