This company is Builders Inc. or Tip Top Remodeling.
Very rude people they call on weekends..I have filed 3 complaints against them with the FCC.
They have so far used 3 different numbers 818-432-0956  0952   0963

They just hung up on me.  Looks like a cell phone #.

Tip Top Builders. I informed them that I am on the Do Not Call List and the guy STILL tried selling me home improvements! He just kept going and wouldn't stop. After I told him I was issuing a complaint he CONTINUED to try to sell me stuff. Unbelievable. He also gave me a fake number when i asked for their number, even though the number was on my caller ID. He tried calling back after I hung up on him and I just picked up the phone and hung up.

F Off! he left his name..
