Fax that says call me ASAP... I don't know who she is...

Received a fax with this number from Amanda Hilton that says to call asap.  Has an ext. number of 4001.

I received a fax as well with this number from Amanda Hilton that says to call asap. I called this number to find out more information.  I did not talk with Amanda Hilton, if there is such a person, but a Anita Davis who says she is with TD Financial Broker and basically they say that they do is provide real estate leads of clients that are moving to my area. They stated they wanted Realtors with 5 years experience & a website and they want a flat fee of $485 for the initial set up and 15% referral fee when loan closes.  I researched BBB and they do not have much information, however rated them a D Company. I also searched and no licensing with the State of CA. So are they for real or scam?

Now they are sending emails and asking us to call them.  Ligid?
I do not think so.   In this bad Real Estate Market, People really trying to scam realtors into paying without any result.
If you are a good Realtor, already know to not respond to this kind of scam artists.  The emailer introduced herself as Julie Sugar! How SWEET!!

Started with email and now I get phone calls.

This is basically a Lead Generation Company. They provide you the leads if ever for fees. It's actually better if you have your owned websites and get it seo for better page placements in google, yahoo and msn. it's useless and not worth the money to have someone else generate leads for you, trust me on this, i for one have done it, and know hundred's of others realtors/brokers who did it with lousy results and we all agree it's a waste of money
