I received a phone call from "Javier" at my business - claim to be yellowpages updating their "free" directory and tried to ask me many different questions to get a "yes" answer. Each time I told him I could not confirm any information so he continued to try another questions. He even went so far as to ask if I could confirm that we had a parking lot. They want to receive a "yes" answer to their questions so they can send you an invoice for advertising, and edit your recorded phone call to verbally agreeing "yes" to charge for advertising. Total scam!

Rec'd call today claiming to be with yellow pages and wanting to confirm information for free listing. (I could barely hear him and asked him to speak up-maybe part of their hoax to get busy working people just start answering the questions) plus he had a accent and was even harder to tell what he was saying. He asked if we do parking lots. I kept saying 'What? "what" I can barely hear you, so that while on the phone I quickly looked up the phone number and found this post. Thank goodness! I told him to remove any information about us and the telephone number. He very nice said 'okay' and hung up. The comment above is so right!!! Caller ID had: SNLND/TUJUNG CA
