a scam saying they will come to ur work and arrest you

YES! this number is a SCAM! DO NOT give out your information to these Indian people. I called the REAL law firm and they said this is a SCAM! DO NOT be fooled PEOPLE!

This freaking people just call my job saying that I owe  $ 8,045 and to be ready to face the cops on Monday ...

I just got a call from them saying I owe 956.36 could hardly understand them, They called my work for goodness sakes I am a professional I don't need this at work.. Any ways to make them stop I would love to know

i live in pa.  they left a message saying if u do not return the call they will come after me and i must have me or a lawyer call back... or else.  i thought it was my right that if i tell them not to call they have to take me off the list...

I have been plagued by these and similar calls over the last few months. Today got a call from this re some supposed 300-500 dollar pay day loan done on the web.  I was told that the call was coming from Catanese and Wells Law Firm  The "manager" could not tell me the original amount, the date, etc. I looked up the firm, but this was not their (publicised) phone number.

I got the same thing,  I just meesed with his head for a while.  I was told the loan was from speedy cash and so I called and record,  The MGR from the " Law Firm" got mad and said you can't do that and that the company speed cash was lieing to me,  I just don't understand what they get from trying to scam people.  Makes me mad also  but just have fun with them  waste their time.  They will sooner or later hang up on you.

These people are crazy!  They called and said that I owed a debt... they had the last 4 of my social and asked other verifying information.  It's ALL A SCAM!

They threatened to send cops to my door to arrest me for a debt I did not ever take out!

So we are pranking them back...  Paybacks a [***].

Just got off the phone with these people who claim that I had a payday loan from US cash and that I would be picked up tomorrow and kept in the jail for three day and taken to court on Thursday they claim that I owe 5,481.83 yeah right I never got any money from this mess

Got a voice message from some Indian joker calling himself Tom Harris, saying either I or my attorney must call back RIGHT NOW, and threatening dire consequences if I ignore the message.

I've received two calls in the last 24 hours from these people informing me that a police officer will be at my physical address in 24 hours to arrest me for FRAUD!!  My husband works out of town and I have two little ones.  How can I stop these terrible phone calls?!  They had the last 6 of my ssn and kept insisting that I verify personal info, which I refused to do.

i just received a call from these people requesting my atty info when I ask them to give me some information about the acct, the gave general information. They gave me the name of the company they represent which is FAST CASH.  I never received a loan from them. I explained fair debt collecting practices to them advising them the police would not come to somebody job and arrest them for a civil debt matter, Frank the person I spoke to hung up on me. I called back and advise him not to call and to contact me in writing via certified mail, Frank hung up again. I tried calling back to advised them I called my state atty general to report them, but they would not answer my call. My plan now is to contact them everyday and advise them i have report them to my state atty general for investigation.

I just got a call about the same thing stating I owe money from USA Cash...I am sick of these calls and the people on the other end I can't even understand but the treats seem real and if I didn't know any better I would think I had done it for real. I want them to STOP calling my phone it is very annoying

These people called my job and threatened me and never could say what company they represented.  They said I owed 8,045.00.  I tried to cuss them mf'ers out.  And no disrepect, but what indian, from India, has the name Robert Marshall? Really?  Wow, I don't think so.

This is a scam!!! Do not pay any attention to these people!! They get just enough information on you to make it sound real. Ask them enough questions and know what you are talking about and they soon get mad and hang up. Called the REAL law firm and spoke to a very pleasant lady who I could actually understand. She informed me right away that their name was being used in a scam and to just ignore the call.

I just got a call from this number he said he was Duane Snyder with Cati - something something law firm and for me to call him back immediately and do not ignore this call - I called the number back and it had a funny ring to it and a long pause between rings - it is a SCAM!

Total scam do not speak to this person he just told me he was from Catanese Wells...818 457 5528....When I called back the number 3 times it said the number you have dialed is not in service.

Do not give out any information..how they got my office number is beyond me--there from India and do not speak any English

These people called my house phone and told my 11yr old daughter that if her mommy  didnt call them back in a hour they were sending the cops to her job. And they told my daughter the name of my job how did they get that info? Cantanese Wells 1-818-457-5528

These people have called me on several occassions.  They said that I got a payday loan from them.  They had my bank, last four of my social and my work number.  I'm in the military so I would go try to borrow some money from Uncle Sam before I go on-line.  I had to call twice before I got an answer.  I also had to be on the phone for almost ten minutes for him to actually tell me the name of the supposed law firm.  Even when he answered the phone he said, this is a law corporation.   He just kept repeating that over and over.  Then when I tried to inquire more they said US Cash reported me and I will be going to jail tomorrow.  He attempted to become irate with me until I told him to not call me anymore, called him a [***] then hung up...lol.
