    No one on the other end. Obviously a robocall or other telemarketing made to a cell, despite it being registered on the Do Not Call registry.

    I've never seen this number before, when I picked it up, it sounded like a robot was speaking to me, and when I asked who was calling, they hung up.

    This company is SYNCIS, which is a scam.  The number is from a call-center.  You MUST report this to the Do Not Call Registry.

    Received a call on both of my cell #s which are on the same account and there was no reply after answering. Called right back and got a voice mail with a woman named Christine. Called again hours later and her voice was removed from the greeting.

    The call is SCAM and as Michael said the ID shows SYNCIS which I think it stands for nothing important.
