Man with accent, claiming to be from FedEx, wanted a specific manager to confirm package delivery. He asked to leave a voicemail with the tracking number, but we don't put messages in managers' VM systems. I offered to take the information, but he said it was confidential. I researched the number, and seeing my previous notes here, told him there was no way he was from FedEx and that tracking numbers weren't restricted, then hung up.
