Someone from (818) 574-6390 called me on Oct 13 at 7:13PM to tell me that my vehicle insurance had expired. I asked him on which vehicle and he said that he did not know because all he has is the VIN number. Basically, I told him where to go.

They called me about 15 times. I picked up 5 times 3 different women. Until now, Even if how many times i tell them, i already talked to one of their people, they will get upset and will say that you're lying because they don't have a record or note. I have a internet phone so, i can see all the phone records that i picked up or i made. still they will tell you that you're lying. they will push you to get the warranty even if you tell them you got one, they will still push you to get theirs. saying your warranty doesn't do anything. Seriously, everytime they call, i feel like i'm being verbally harrassed.

I just have to say...I got a call from these guys about an hour ago so while I was on the phone I checked the number and I see all these negative reports...I just got off the phone with them and they were totally helpful and they are giving me 30 days to review everything and get my deposit back if I don't like it. I also checked them out on google and ripoffreport.com and they don't have any complaints...seriously, I've been shopping for a month and every other warranty company I've spoken to has at least a few complaints..

I agree with the last response. DWG was extremely professional and informative.  I do business with people that know their company and now their product and services.  I give them a thumbs up!!!!

Not worth my time explaining their scam...other than to say they are shady. And when you "google" their company name...the 2nd hit is "complaints". Enough said.

Thats simply not true Kim. You should get the facts and read the complaint that was ANSWERED by the general manager.

Well, then you shouldn't submit your info online. Thats the only way DWG will contact you is if YOU submit an online application.

Oh yeah "carl" we can see how busy you guys are. When the phones slow down you all come here to try to run the scam. It's actually a good sign to know this site is WORKING and your scam ISN'T when these clowns (or maybe just one clown pretending to be a posse) have to do damage control on the COMPLAINT board LOL. Ok your break's over now it's back to the boiler room with you no more surfing.

I work for an administrator and happen to know that DWG carries a plan through GENERAL FIDELITY (WHO IF YOU CARE TO CHECK) are A rated across the board. Petra. I work with one of the administrators that deals with warranty companies and check this often because there are people out there that make false accusations without looking at the facts. Pants on fire had called the company a scam without doing any homework. AM BEST rates General Fidelity an A- and that is a FACT. Please do your homework before attempting to BASH people's livelihoods. Especially in today's economy, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Thanks for your illiterate endorsement of yourself & your fellow criminals. Other people are smart enough to complain rather than have you steal their money.
