Got call and blocked them instantly!

scammers called; didn't answer it and blocked this number from future calling.

Received one call on 7/21.  Caller disconnected as soon as my machine started the announce.  Caller ID read "SHERMAN OAKS CA".  Number is now blocked with Sentry.

A robocall from this Van Nuys landline arrived today.  When the call rolled to voice mail, the caller left no message.  This behavior is typical of illegal telemarketers, who use automated dialers to place calls in a desperate search for victims.

As poster Annoyed (see above) notes, this caller is subject to complaints to the Do Not Call registry, a strong indicator this is a Do Not Call law violator.  Illegal telemarketers don't care what any law says; they'll call anyway.

DO NOT BECOME A VICTIM.  DO NOT ANSWER CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER.

Why would anyone ever answer this number?  It is a call from the devil, himself.

Possibly because they are unaware of this website and the postings here.  Notice, you are the first to report number since August.  It would be helpful if you could provide a little more info, such as the subject to the call.  Very few of us are clairvoyant.

Hasn't even been a week and I get another call from this devil number.  =)  This time they only let it ring once.  I'm not clairvoyant myself, but who would use a number with 666 in it?  Oh yeah, the devil. lol   Caller ID says Sherman Oaks, CA---but that doesn't mean anything either.  I never answer my phone, but I do check this website fairly often just to keep an eye on anything I might learn from these weird calls.

Bought a v5000 call blocker because my Panasonic phone only holds 250 blocked numbers.

My first blocked number..... 1,499 left.... YAY!

Congrats If it has area code blocking, I found the ones that use the same area code ad nauseam is better off blocked by area code until they move on to a new one!
