i receive calls from this number  it sounds like a scam  whoever answered can barely speak english

Total scam.  Ignore it.

Got a call from this number this morning and someone named Sam Rodriguez (law firm SCS) with an accent (middle eastern or india) stating that this message was for me regarding a a possible lawsuit against my SSN. That I needed to call back with my SSN to get info about the lawsuit/case. Also that if I did not call back today @  818-666-8077, this would reflect on my FICO/credit score and my credit history. It's my understanding that, if you are being sued they normally serve you.  I have never heard of emails being sent by the courts or law firms. I too think this is a SCAM!

I received the same email about  court  papers,never received  a  loan  from  this company nor have  I  ever heard  of  them, I'm  sick and  tired  of  these  [***], wish  they  would  leave  me  alone. I got the same email.it is a scam because the person could hardly speak english.I have reported it to the FBI and blocked the email address.This is the fourth email I got from four different people.I am also damn tired of this bullcrap someone has to be able to do something about this matter.

I received the same email from Alex Anderson this morning.

I received a call from this number at work and he left a message his name was Mark, he stated there were very serious charges against me and I needed to make the payment, he told me it was from Cash Advance which I never took a loan from, he would not give me any more information, he stated he was from the Attorney Generals office, when I asked for his mailing address and licence number he told me it was 1186 FU I asked him to repeat it and spell it and he did, this is a total scam, I will be reporting them to my local attorney generals office.

I received a similar email with this phone number about me being criminally charged for a debt this morning.  The email has very poor grammar and dozens of legal errors.  I know that because I'm a lawyer.  Unfortunately, there isn't much the government can do about these people.  If any change does come, it will be at the cost of our rights to privacy, and that's a trade-off I don't want to make.  The best defense is to educate yourself about the scams, buy a good call-blocker, and filter your emails.

Clerk of courts has a notice on the website that these emails are frauds.  Do not open or download them  send them to trash.  I got a call, couldnt understand him.  Wouldnt bother calling them back call the district attorney to find out how to file a complaint.

The people barely spoke English tol me to [***] off.  Sorry for the languGe n when I tried calling more men were trying to talk

I received an email from Sarah Williams stating I need to pay $856.63 for a payday loan. I never took out a pay day loan. She said to call tjis number 1 888 666 8077 or email her within 48 hours. Sarah Williams go to HELL!!

I received a call and they were looking for "Gary". After many rude words, I told them to keep looking and while they were at it, look for some English courses.
Bad scammers, at best.

Received a disturbing call stating that I got a law suit against me, and that they going call the sheriff today to pick me up. I aint never had a payday loan from cash USA. They still calling me. The guy was a foreigner that could barely speak English (but my phone says call is from the northern Los Angels area).I couldn't barely understand anything he said.

This is a SCAM. They have been calling me at my job for a year now. They state they are a fake law firm and that you owe an amount of money from cash advances. You can even hear your voice echo in the background. Ive called them back several times and harassed them as well. Its kinda fun. But they are definitely annoying. Ive reported the number several times.

SAME DEAL. THEY CALLED MY CELL PHONE 15 TIMES IN A ROW THIS MORNING, BUT LEFT ON MESSAGE. THEN THEY CALLED MY WORK NUMBER 4 TIMES. GIVE UP. THE RELENTLESS CALLING IS CRAZY! I DON'T OWE ANYBODY.
