Didn't recognize # and few people have my cellphone number.  Didn'[t call it back but it looks to be a business number. Its not the # for person I know in California. Don't care - I'm on do not call list as well. So what? They still call.  Site says it is Life Alert.  What??? There ought to be a waiting period before a number is reissued to another unsuspecting phone customer.  It has to be another wrong number.  I have limited minutes and am not going to waste them calling somebody I don't know.

Don't answer numbers until I check if they don't have a name.  It is probably political but I don't do surveys and am on do not call list.  I'm not wasting my cell minutes to tell them that. I am not registered Republican but that didn't stop them from calling local and out of state. Grrrr

Am I the only one they call??

I have written a petition to stop the harassing phone calls. I need 47 more signatures to send it to Congress. Thank you.

Yes, it really is Life Alert.  They called to say the base unit I ordered is being shipped.

Mark called from this number to verify that the Life Alert package which I will be installing, should be here @my home by Friday, just like the salesperson Paul James stated yesterday.  Paul had stated that they customer svc should be calling yesterday, but did so this morning @ 8:10 AM EST.

Just got a call from 818-700-7000.......of course, I did not answer it because I was not familiar with the number........Listened to the voicemail message........It was "Life Alert" as You stated............and the message indicated that it had to do with someone I knew who needed Life Alert  ( like an emergency )................Another scumbag group trying to trick someone into buying something that is totally useless in most cases................

It's the billing department at Life Alert.  I recently signed up for my mother-in-law.

Yes, it is Life Alert... I ordered their services yesterday and they were calling to confirm shipment of the base unit.
