Top Quality Air is located at 13340 Saticoy Street, Suite F, North Hollywood CA 91605. Incessant robo dialer. Also use 888-493-1836 and 818-332-0802. Their scam is to upsell folks beyond their $49.99 "special," as they don't make $ using a full-size Chevy Van, CA Lic. plate 58034B1 and 2 employees on a trip that must eat at least $25 in fuel. Employees got upset when photos taken of them and their license plate - why?, if they have nothing to hide??

I am on the do not call registry and these telemarketers continue to call form 818-744-1681.  I asked to be removed from their call list and they hung up on me.

I regularly get a recorded phone message from Dale's or Dave's Duct Cleaning. "Please don't hang up!" "We can clean your ducts for $39.99, blah, blah, blah." I usually hang up right away but this time I decided to press "0" for the operator. She souded very far away and when I asked politely to be taken off the phone list, she hung up on me. Isn't that illegal?
