This slime bag called me on a Saturday (1st clue this wasn't legit).  Apparently I took a cash advance online and didn't repay the money?  $300.  News to me.  Said I either had to make restitution or go to court.  Really?  Wouldn't give me any info as to when I allegedly borrowed the money, or what bank the money was deposited into.  He got mad when I had my sheriff friend call him.  I made him fax me some info, which he didn't want to do.  The faxed info was a joke.  Definitely English as a second language.  When I returned his call he answered "hello" (Not David Johnson or Federal Investigations of California).  When I asked if it was David Johnson he wouldn't answer and wanted to know who I was.  Then said David Johnson was away from his desk.  What a joke.  It was the same accent as the 3 previous calls, only nervous.

I have gotten three calls from this number this morning. They are from "David Johnson". I requested to see the documentation. They sent me a one page word document (I am sorry anything you don’t want getting messed with will be sent in a PDF) and it was full of spelling and grammar errors. Some high power attorney did a great job! Anyway I plan on calling them back as many times as I can during my breaks today and try to order some pizza from them.

They are a joke and feed off of peoples ignorance.

he stated he was from federal law firm and that he was to inform me of a court date. hahahaha.
I said sorry this is corp office... I said never heard of such a place and how illegal it was for him to say what he said. they know it. Felons that never give up to steal your $$$$$$ I have been dealing with these India peeps since 2004.

This is a joke, when I asked who was trying to sue me he said Chapter 19 section 9 states that I am going to jail. I am a Criminal Justice Major and when I told him that Chapter 19 section 9 was for I.C.E. Homeland Security of Immigration and Customs. I called my local police and they said that this scam is going around. If you won't tell me who is suing me then you are not worth my time, especially when I know I have done nothing wrong. Just call your local police.

i got a call from a lady telling me that there is a lawsuit against me. i asked them for what company wouldnt tell me nothing. the minute i told them i have never done anything on the internet the person hung up on me. told me he was an officer from some law firm.

Got 3 phone calls from the same person and now they are calling my work for something I never did or had.  They should put people like that in Jail for harassing people that way.  I am not the only one complaining about the same person saying the exact same thing. Is it not against the law to impersonate a Federal Agent.  When they start calling me at work that is going to far they need to stop and with as many reports as I read from other people that this is happening to why can't something be done about these Indians that are making these calls.

Just got a voicemail from Don Wilson federal attorney.  Told me it was in my best interest to call him back. I did and they first told me they didn't know me. They put me on hold and then told me there was an affidavit filed against my name and ss#    asked who filed this and they US cash loans.  I haven't gotten a pay day loans. They got angry when I started questioning them. They hung up and then called me five times in a row.  Didn't answer and they didn't leave any more messages

This has just happened to me today. I mean how dare they call me at work. If they call again then things will get ugly.

I got a message today saying that I was being sued and they kept calling me at work.  If they call me again at work I will notify the police about it.  This should be stopped before someone really falls for it and pays them anything.

Spencer Reed calls me and e-mails me regarding a re-payment of a $300.00 loan. When I asked him for the address of this law firm he refuses to give it to me.  He  says he works for payment department in this firm.

this number called and said his name is Ray martin from ge capital money bank and stole 300.00 dollars from my account saying i was approved for a 3000 dollar personal loan

yep... ray martin just called, ge money bank.. sand jockey

These guys are very freaky at what they do,they got me for three hundred bucks. I've. Learned.
