Our opinions as follows:
Listen people, for the most part they are probably using
illegal techniques such as a dialer that gives out a fake Caller Id and number. You do not have to answer a thing, especially with todays
high rate of identity theft and homeland security issues.
Suggestions:
We know it is hard,do not give out any information, but do 1. get their name(probably a fake)and their companies name.
2. Get their return phone number and fax number if possible. You will notice it will not match up(most of the time) with the caller ID.
One of our employees(receptionist) Got a fax and phone number without
giving out any of the information they asked for. Just tell them you will pass their phone number and fax number on to the appropriate department.
Also, ask them for a good time that they can be reached.
3. Remember, if you are going to try to sue or get them arrested,
you need to have documents. Keep a notebook so you can log the name, number, time of call, and date. You do not need to pick it up... just log it. Especially if you have already spoken with one of these as* holes...
there is no need to subject yourself to stalking, harassment, terroristic threats... or any of the other non-sense that the REPUBLISCAM PARTY has
allowed to happen. You do not want to waste time, even though they are wasting yours, talking about legal action with a $10-$12 worker bee/grunt.
An attorney and/or law enforcement officials will go after the top dogs.
We know that the Owner/CEO's/CFO's approve of what is going on.
Listen my fellow Americans, most of us pay our debts. BUT, we know that the current economic situation can be bad, layoffs and not paying debts, because of the failed policies(outsourcing jobs to other countries, letting people into this country because certain companies do not want to pay decent wages,so they around the GREAT DEMOCRATIC VALUES THAT WERE THE RESULT OF THE "NEW DEAL" of the 1920's and 1930's(google The New Deal of Roosevelt).
Practically all of the Repuliscammers were kicked out of congress during THE NEW DEAL. That, my FELLOW AMERICANS, is when we established a good middle class. No matter who runs for President, the senate, and the house.... just vote STRAIGHT DEMOCRAT.
Most of these companies are collection agencies fishing for information
like social security numbers of employees and friends. Never give out any info on your employees or friends. Just say "I can't give out any information at this time". Let me have your name, return phone number, and fax number, and someone will be in touch". Once you have the info, Thank you, tell them to place you on their do not call list(yes they are going to call you again... but you have to officially state it)goodbye,
and hangup.
Remember, if you give out any info on your employee's, friends, family... they(employee) can and will correctly sue you. It is illegal for any collection agency, ???Premier Credit??? in Indiana(republiscam state)and their sub-contractors in various states, to give the impression that they are part of the government, or any city, county, state agency... and any other slimy techniques(they will sometimes say they are taking a survey) they use to try to harass you or stalk you or your business. We have had bad experiences with some of these companies, looking for info on people that do not work and have never worked for us. We do not give them the time of day. It is a waste of our time and resources to help them.
Before you are rude to them, get there name(probably a fake name),
and the number that you can call back. Remember, the caller ID is probably
a fake one generated by an automatic dialer/programmer. This too is probably against the FEDERAL , STATE, AND HOMELAND SECURITY LAW.
The owners of these collection agencies get their grunts/workers to do the
dirty work and then fire them, after they have received complaints, to make it look like they didn't know what was happening. In our opinion, they know and approve. Also, something else to consider. Ya know when the caller ID comes up, it is usually a fake caller ID and number. They are probably using a dialer. It would be a management decision to approve
an automatic dialer with spoofing capabilities.
Here is some info about the president of premier credit
You will notice that, "Todd has never been cited for any Fair Debt Collection Practices Act violations" That is probably because he gets his grunts to do the dirty work for him and he stays clean. We say if a collection company is getting alot of complaints against it, then it
MUST BE AWARE OF THE DIRTY ILLEGAL TACTICS THEY ARE USING IN VIOLATION OF THE FAIR CREDIT ACT, FCC LAWS, AND FEDERAL TRADE COMMISION LAWS, and even probably stalking and harassment laws. This kind of abuse against the people would stop once you arrest the OWNERS/CEO's/CFO's they do a mandatory minimum of 1 year hard time in a state or federal jail. Also, they could be stripped of their rights as CPA's etc. You could probably file a complaint with the Police and/or State Police for harassment and stalking... and with conspiracy to threaten, stalk, and make terroristic threats... you could possibly get the OWNERS/CEO's/CFO's arrested and extradited to your state:

LISTEN, NO MATTER HOW THEY SUGAR COAT THEIR BACKGROUND... WE ALL KNOW WHAT THEY ARE...
There is an old saying... "STEAL A MILLION IN THE DARK...
GIVE BACK TO SOCIETY A THOUSAND...
BUT DO IT IN THE LIGHT.
If you don't get it, it means
Corporate thieves will steal BILLIONS when you are not watching...
and then make a big deal about when they make a big donation
to a charity, or a hospital, or some other thing that gives them
positive publicity. You can bet they call the papers and media
when they are donating.
All the while, they are stealing millions in secret. Things that would give them BAD publicity if found out. The big donation is nothing compared
to what their greedy hands are stealing.
How they make money?:

Here's some news...
Telelytics/Debt Solutions Caught Lying
29 Jan 2008
Missouri Judge signed the order last week against Telelytics (doing business as Debt Solutions); its owner Scott Kaplan; and four other defendants. It requires them to pay $152,000 to the state and stop calling consumers on the state No Call list.
The defendants used automated calls to contact Missouri consumers and then told them, among other things, that they had been approved to consolidate their credit cards down to as low as 1.5% interest; that the consumers had already been approved by a "certified non-profit agency," and that the person would be transferred to a "certified credit counselor" right away.
None of those statements made in the robocalls were true. Consumers who called back were eventually directed to representatives of a separate for-profit company who would then try to sell them identity theft insurance, debt consolidation and other services.
