This company calls and states that they have a lawsuit against me.  I asked him what court was it filed in and he could no tell me.  I asked him the name of his law firm and yet he could not tell me again.  Too bad that he called a paralegal and I knew what he should have.  DONT LET THEM FOOL YOU!

this foreign dude called me 2 and he wont stop....i wish i knew exactly where he was i would have the FBI there in no time.....I am so sick of this bs.....i wanna kick his ASS!

forieghn man told me i owed 498.00 to someone who god only knws cus he couldnt tell me either he told me there is going to be a warrent out for my arrest if i dont pay now. just tell him yyou have an attorney and he will hopefully never call again ho do you report these people ...

Recieved call from this foreign man saying I owed the same amount of money. So I had my father call them and they did not answer with a company name and without my consent they gave my information about my "lawsuit" to my father not knowing for sure if he was my father they gave out my personal information. They claimed to be a federal agency. Isnt it against the law and a fellony to claim being a federal angency when you are not? After they had talked to my father I tried to call them back over and over again to see what they would say after they gave out my personal imformation but they wouldnt answer and it kept going to a voicemail box. Little do they know my father recored the whole conversation with them on his phone and he will be contacting law enforcment.

I received a call from this same number, claiming to have Federal Charges filed against me!  I responded, "What the hell are you talking about.  Federal charges on me.  FOR WHAT?"  What I then heard was a hang-up.  Scared the b'jeeses out of me.  I am a law-abiding citizen and almost 68-year's of age!  WHAT HAS THIS WORLD COME TO.  The credit card agencies give OUR info to companies in INDIA all the time.  Our current President is correct -- we do need a jobs program in place for OUR COUNTRY -- THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!  Thanks for providing me a place to VENT!

I got a call on my cell for my husband, saying I had 2 hours to pay them 1245.39 for a 5000.00 lawsuit or he would be arrested and transported to California. After making many calls and a visit to the police station, I found that even a police officer had been called by these same people. I was told to tell them their call was being recorded by the FBI and they were going to jail not my husband. The police officer said she had went online to get info on refinancing her house and that was how they got her number. I did the same thing so I am sure thats how they got my number too because I will never put my home number online, I always use my cell. If you keep getting these calls the police said to just hang up on them.

I rec'd 3-phone calls--same person..totally immature and ignorant of anything connected to a business.

I was contacted today by what seems to be the same old senario. I was unfortunately demanded that to pay this in full I was not to use a check money order or credit card. I was advised to buy a walmart cash card instead. I was alos told I had two days to do this and if I didn't meet these demands than I would be extradited to california which by the way I dont  have any credit debt what so ever much less in california. I was informed this person was name he gave me was John Bryan and was an attorney for the fbi and would have u.s. marshalls coming to pick me up. For one thing I thought anything that has to do with fbi or u.s. marshalls than I wouldve been summoned to a court appearance or something. Besides who schedules a pick up of a person in debt of 498.00 on a walmart card being arrested by the FBI. Wow must be a new government procedure. Lord help me if I don't return my library books back on time.

This number has been calling saying my husband will be arrested unless i send them 700.00  they state they are a FEDERAL agency.. they are scammers.... AND TO TOP THIS OFF I RECEIVED 2 DIFFERENT NUMBERS IN THE SAME DAY STATING THE SAME BUSINESS 1 in NEW JERSEY and 1 in CALI...

I recieved a call at 8:14 est. stating that I had a lawsuit filed against me by some Federal agency, and that I could resolve it by send a Fax letter with my name and address and social security number of which they already knew?? And that if I didn't send them  $614.00 for some fee's related to some loan I was suppose to have taken out. I WOULD BE PUT IN JAIL, AND ARRESST AT MY JOB.  After several times asking with whom and what loan did I take out.  My questions were not answered and that I was a bad person because I had taken some money and didn't want to pay it back.  Well I got upset of course, this person said that they we taking my irritation with them as a refusal to pay.  And that they would be sending  the marshall to arrest me at my job of which, that information they also had.  I belive they are getting peoples personal infomation from some site that selling information because I recently did some inquiring about getting a home, on one of these forclosure list site and they required me to submit to get my credit scores, etc. and also some other places, and I input I know the information they had.  This is crazy!  Also they called me from the number 818 806 3352, so they have other numbers.  Well I became Irrate with the foriegn, india, or oriental, or korean, person,, and you could hear in the background other people talking on the phone to other people.  But yet you are Attorney Brian John, I think that Attorney, he should be infomed that they are using his name for their scam.  Well I refused to send any money and informed them THAT GOD WAS GOING TO DEAL WITH THEM MIGHTLY"""" Then the call disconnected, after checking the history on my phone they had been trying to reach me for over two week.  From that number and similar number and they also wanted me to send this money today with a Walmart Money card not activated, of course in my name they would be activating it, or I would be arrested and my children would be taken from me, and that when I told them GOD KNOW WHO AND WHERE THEY ARE, AND HE IS GOING TO DEAL WITH THEM MIGHTLY.  Becareful out there, I am really getting leary of doing anything on the internet,  after I did the home search on those sites people are now calling me saying that I am approved for a new car, and I have a new car already,  and I just sick of how everthing is done on the internet, even job application which makes you have to put all your vital information  into someone data base and it could be a scammer site who knows, or worst a criminal hands,  I work for a bank and we see ever day thousand of identity theif victims, we created this addition for the internet, and its become an unstoppable monster!  I over it,  I will be very vigilant to not put my infomation online from here on out.  That call  really distrubed me, and the fact that they had all of my infomation, computer how did we live without them for so long Great! no one had access to you address and social security number.  Now everyone does.  God help us.
