Yea they called be,saying i owe 8,000 an that my lawyer need to call them i asked what account the money,went, to they keep making,up stuff do dont,be affraid of these people

These people have called me twice today. The first time the call went to my voicemail, and a guy who does not speak good english left me a message. I called the number back, and I was taken to the voicemail after three rings so I left a message with them. I then got a callback from the same number asking for someone else's name. I told them that they had the wrong number, and the guy than said my name. The guy got mad when I went off on him, and hung up on me. They then blocked my number.

This company has called me several times over the past few weeks.. I finally returned their call today. The person on the other line stated his name was Brian John and that he is an attorney. He stated if I did not pay him $728.48 within 1 Hour, I was going to go to jail. The scary thing is, he knew where I worked, my address, phone number's and social security number. I asked him where this debt supposedly originated from and he would not give meany info. He wanted me to go to Walmart and get a prepaid credit card and call in this payment to him. I am putting a fraud alert on my credit and accounts. Very concerning.

I got a VM at work from this number from a male who can barely speak and enunciate English and said that I need to return the call and he said that if don't return his call, "all I can tell you is 'Good luck.'" His name is supposed to be Thomas Brian. What gall these people have!! What is disconcerting is they have my work number? Is it legal for these scammers to call a work number?

These people called me today and told me that a federal law suit had been filed against me and was this the last four # of my ss #, did I have an attorney,if not to call his supervisor, Brian Johnson, the head attorney. Needless to say I have been scared to death. Not sure what to call this type of call. They didn't say I owed money, just that the had been a law suit filed.

I just wouldnt let the guy talk, I got names and I advised him that I knew he called me the other day from a different number and that I have made a police report and reported them to the FTC.  

He was claiming to be Thomas Wright and the Attorney was suppose to be Brian John (really)

And they still had my soc sec #

The same thing happened to me. Basically, these people at phone number: 818-806-3360 are total scams! They buy information as many businesses do - this includes your social, where you work, etc. They are total scammers and don't feel bullied by these losers - there is no debtors prison in the US - save white collar crimes. If you were charged with any crime, a police officer would have served papers - none of the prior posters have had this issue.

Disregard their calls - they are fake and they are most certainly not Federal!!

Mother has received calls over the last few weeks but she was at work and couldnt take them. Finally reached her one day, Brian John out of san diego. barely spoke english, very irritated even hung up on her when she questioned him. something i didnt see in other posts was that a local number then called her and questioned about it, said she should call Brian back. 625.18$ two hours. called him back myself and informed him that id reported him and was blocked thereafter.

Received a call from "Brian John" today saying I owed $613 or I was going to be picked up by the sherrifs office.  Knew my social and everything even my cell number which I don't pass out.  Really pissed me off now my calls want even go through to this fake number of his.  There needs to be something done about this!

Received a call at work saying a law suit had been filed against me.  The man on the other end had a foreign accent.  He asked me to confirm the last four of my SS#, I didn't, I just asked him what this was in regards too and he told me to contact Brian John at 818-806-3360.  Needless to say I will not be calling anyone at that number, real or fake!

they keep calling i told them they had the wrong number and he toldm me that it was not possible i told him that the i didn't know the person he was asking about he told me to go F*** my self then hung up cuz i told him to put me on the do not call back list

They called me today an various among of times. I filed a police report because I was being harrased by this person and they said they will check it out. I even gave the authorities that certain number. They called me saying that I owed them $3000,000. I hung up the first time and then they just called and called and when I told them I was gonna call the cops they started calling me restricted and were using alot of profanity. They know all of my information as well what can I do about this???

I had fun with them. I acted all excited and tried to convince them to send me 20 bucks so I could get gas to go down to the bank and get money to send them.  They hung up,,,,,,,

I just received a call from a very non-English speaking male, who said his name is Mike Jones!!!  REEEEALLLLLY!!!!  Same scenerio as other posts.

I just received a call as well from a Mike Jones saying I owe $5,000 and that if I send him $400 in the next 4 hours then they will not put a warrant out for my arrest.  I am going to report this to the police and put my SSN under security watch...they are calling my husband as well.

This people are FRAUD !!

I got a call from this number 8180806-3360 telling me that I needed to call or have my attorney call immediately he would not tell me what it was about just that he was Brian John an attorney and that he wished me luck as my situation unfolded.  Who are these people

These guys left a message on our secretary's VM on Friday (she just came back from vacation).  Same as all the other posts here.  Said he was Thomas Wright and I needed to call him and if I didn't all he could say was "Good Luck".  Heavy Indian accent.  I called back and he said that he was Attorney Brian from Federal Legislative something or other.  When I asked who he was representing he became beligerant and hung up on me.  After reading all this I called back and left a VM that I am on to them and that they need to stop because everyone knows about them now, and they have been reported to the authorities.... and if they call me again I will make it my mission in life to hunt them down.  :-D

You know, I recently got a payday loan.  Could they/he have gotten my information from them?  I am wondering what we all have in common......

I was just reading everyones posts and the same thing for me, I did get a payday loan recently so maybe there is a connection there but they had my entire social and he said that he was calling from the US Federal Government, and they were trying to reach me, if I didnt return there calls good luck to me. I called back and attorney Brian John said I had three federal charges against me, eft transfer to my bank, that I didnt pay, theft by deception and i forget the other thing, He told me not to interrupt and he would give me the information I needed. He just kept going on in circles and I kept questioning him and giving him false info like I think im in default on my loans and he was like yes ma'am. I calleb the FBI and the Federal Government to see if there were any warrants for my arrest for any charges anywhere.
