- M| 4 replieshas anyone filed charges or do you know how we can file the charges? We received a call from them stating that we were approved for a loan they had us buy Visa Cards the Vanilla type for the transaction of $420 which we had to pay for the secured loan which was suppose to be placed in the account as wel we never received the money for the loan nor the money from the card we called and called got the run around then I do a search and find this wish I had done that first. We were in a major bind so that's what happened.

I would bet if I keep going I will find that every "busted" comment was scraped from the same source by some scam shop trying to defame a scamming rival.

- Resident47 replies to M| 3 repliesTo "file charges", or rather to start a lawsuit, your scamming defendant needs an address you can serve with a summons. The fake loan scammers are often in South Asia where you can't touch them. Prepaid Visa cards may offer you the same chargeback protection as a credit card if you raise a dispute through the creditor's channels. This I don't know for certain. You'll have to read the terms attached to your cards.
Maybe now you will finally comprehend that you do not pay up front to obtain a loan. That is called "advance fee fraud", which is illegal in the US.
Six Sure Signs of an Advance-Fee Loan Scam
http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0078-advance-fee-loans - David replies to Resident47| 2 repliesResident47:
Im not computer savy and I don’t see where/how to send you a message directly. I had a complaint with United Collection/Portfoiol through the BBB back in July. Interesting thing is I had reference a couple of your helpful comments to ID them by an address in Tampa Florida where I had sent them a money order. It seems that info connecting them to the address I paid to might well get my money back now. I copied some of your comment from 800notes at the time but have no way of finding it now. I was C.Cd an email with a document from United specifically mentioning your work on this post just by the name “Resident47” and also “Scott Tolson” that I don’t think they intended to send me when sending to BBB gal. It looks like you had the dead right information. I Google searched “Resident47” and found your current posts here and hope this message finds you. I’d like to have you take a look at this letter where they discuss your posting and their information. I figure you’d get a kick out of it and maybe you can help me with the other information if you still have it somewhere.
Again I’m sorry for posting this message just randomly if there is a specific way to message a user on here, but like I said I can’t see how. Clicking on the usernames does nothing. If you do see this, I’d be greatly thankful if you could please email me David at [removed]@juno.com - CelticDragon replies to David| 1 replyYOU ARE AN IDIOT FOR POSTING YOUR EMAIL!

I HAVE a loan with cashnetusa.com so why would they call me and ask if I wanted a loan? That makes NO sense. Do NOT give these people your info. If you want a loan through cash net usa, go to their site and call the number that is listed!!!!!
