John Kennedy, Maryland - 2 Jul 2008this is a scam. when u press 1 to talk to some one and they explain to u that ur warranty is up, simply ask them "which car?" then in return they will tell u that u have to provide that info due to security reasons. once they say this to you, tell them to go f**k themselves.
