This number just called me at 11:15 pm!! Just a dial tone

Got a call from this number at 11:08pm! Seriously?! Didn't answer... really annoying and frankly pissed me off.

Just called my land line at 11 PM. A robo-voice spewed some nonsense about ancient decaying electrical lines and how I would have to pay for their repair unless.... I pressed 1 on the phone. So I did. I wanted to offer my heartfelt thanks for being awoken from peaceful slumber to a real human. After about five minutes of what was possibly the worst music ever recorded, with intermitent reminders to me of the importance of my call, a pleasant voice said "good bye" then hung up.

Are you freaking kidding me!? I'm watching Jimmy Kimmel after a hard nights work and your INTERUPTING ME!!!!!!!!!!! I would stick my hand down your throat and pull out your spine but you don't have one!

They just called my house at: 12:05a.m. - yes A.M. - it was stopped after 1st ring by our Robocall.  This is ridiculous!
